We bought a Honda pilot from them. They are great when they want your money. I have now called three times and left messages for them about some warranty questions and they can't even return my call. I guess when they get your money they move right along and don't care about their customers. Thank you for your help Roseville Honda. I won't be back! Update. They reached out to me as you can see in there reply. I called them to talk to their manager as they suggested. Guess what? Another voice mail left. And no return phone call. Great customer service you guys! Folsom lake Honda has much better service.

Reserved my car on Autonation and picked it up a couple days later. Paid the lowest price and saved thousands over other dealers. The best part was no negotiating and going back and forth for hours wasting my time. The whole process was simple and professional and by far the best car buying experience I've ever had.

Bring your wallet. Purchased my used Honda civic here 4 years ago. After experiencing an unusually rough ride on the way up from Los Angeles I booked an appointment on Christmas eve to use a coupon for a free safety inspection.

I arrived at 8am sharp to a line 8 cars deep waiting to be serviced. The check in attendant was very young and had a casual demeanor but checked me in quickly and was kind.

My service rep met me at the car a few minutes later. I neglected to check his name tag, so instead I will say he was a greying gentleman of sturdy stature with a mustache and light colored eyes. He appeared to be in his mid to late 40s.

I stated I was concerned with my Civic's suspension and he said "Well, let's take it for a ride". We hopped in and he drove us around the automall. He couldn't detect the suspension issue I mentioned - the automall roads are very smooth, so I suggested he try going at a speed of 8mph over a bump - which is the base speed I've noticed an issue. He obliged and still said he found no problem.

We went back to the office and sat down. He said the online coupon I had for a free safety inspection would not apply as a service member would also need to drive the car to test the strut. (There was no text on the coupon that said my type of service was omitted, however it did say it was up to shop discression - he could choose to do whatever he wanted).

The fee for a regular safety check is $160 - I was shocked. The rep said "I'm not going to have my tech check it for free if you're not going to get any work done on the car. I think you're just looking for a needle in a haystack". "I will absolutely get work done on the car if there is anything unsafe! If It is unsafe and I have work done on it, do you credit back the service fee? " He answered, "No. ". I thanked him and left immediately.

I will never be back.

TLDR: This is the most absurdly expensive service center I have ever been to with the worst service rep experience I have ever had. DO NOT VISIT.

From the moment we were greeted by Garry Neighbors, the sales representative, until we drove away with our new Honda CR-V, we received an overall pleasant and professional car buying experience. Garry was knowledgeable, friendly and we especially appreciated his "no pressure" attitude. He listened to our wants and needs for a new vehicle and showed us the options available. We bought exactly what we were looking for. Thank You!

I was greeted quickly by Raj's friendly face and was there on time for my appointment. Service (oil change) was excellent however it was a bit delayed. So I enjoyed a few cups of coffee and donut.

Raj is friendly and helpful every time I come in for routine maintenance on my vehicle! I usually wait in the lounge, which is comfortable and they always have refreshments. Great service!

AutoNation Honda provides fast and convenient maintenance for my HR-V. The staff is friendly, reliable and always helpful, and the free coffee is really good. Highly recommend Honda in Roseville!

Sam Malganji is an awesome Service Advisor. He kept me up to date on the progress of my vehicle repairs. He was very honest and helpful, even to the point of getting me a rental car for the day. I would recommend Sam for your Honda repairs!

My purchasing experience was fine. The salesperson was average at best, but the finance manager was very good. I paid a little extra for a Honda pre-owned "certified" truck. The salesperson touted "certified" saying it was worth the extra money because they do a 182 point inspection. This truck was for my wife, but I drove it one time within the first week and immediately notice the alignment was out. Maybe the alignment is not one of the 182 points they inspect? Regardless, I called my salesperson one week after driving it off the lot and had to leave a v-mail letting him know my concerns. Two days later and no return phone call, so I called the finance manager who helped me and left my second v-mail. It's now going on two weeks and no one has returned my v-mails. Should I be required to call three times to get a single return call? Sorry, but I do not see myself buying from Roseville Honda or AutoNation again, nor can I recommend them to anyone else.

Ray Turner was my sales representative at Autonation Honda Roseville for the Costo Auto Program. Through the Costco auto program, I received a huge savings on my vehicle purchase. Ray Turner was an excellent salesperson, he was very knowledgeable, he ensured all of my desired features were in the vehicle I purchased. He took the time to find exactly what I was looking for and ensured all of my needs were met. Ray Turner was very helpful and provided great customer service to ensured I was a satisfied customer. He went above and beyond to provide excellent service- he showed videos of the car while we were waiting, he gave demonstration and explanations of all of the vehicle features. Even after the purchase of the vehicle, he sent video links for the vehicle for reference, He also followed up to see how I was enjoying the purchase of my new vehicle. I would purchase again from Ray Turner and refer family and friends. He demonstrated excellent customer service and strived for and achieved customer satisfaction. My husband and I were very pleased with our purchase experience with Ray Turner and AutoNation Honda Roseville. Thanks Ray Turner!

The new car sales team really went above and beyond for our family in helping us locate the exact vehicle we were looking for. Of course, if you do your homework ahead of time and call ahead to make an appointment you've done your part to ensure a smooth purchase. The folks at Honda were up front with everything, answered all questions, provided reliable quotes, and followed through.

My battery died in my 2016 Honda Accord with less than 36000 miles and less than 3 years. Autonation Honda not only replacement battery for free, they squeezed me in on a busy Thursday afternoon with no appointment. They were professional and everything was handled as quickly as possible.
