21David the service advisor is the worst. He’s just there to waste your time, lie, and steal your money. First he lied to my wife saying she had no warranty, that she had to pay $180 diagnostic fee. She paid $3,200 for the platinum protection, the best warranty AutoNation offers. Somehow when I, her husband called him he magically found the warranty. Also during the initial visit with David he told her there was no service bulletin for her issue, I found the exact service bulletin from Honda within two minutes on Honda’s website. When my wife returned for the same thing the 2nd time she sat there for 5 hours for warranty work on Honda service bulletin 21-013, a job that had a flat rate time of 2.0 hours. Then he had the audacity to lie straight to my wife’s face saying “they had to order the parts. ” After she waited 5 hours in his service department! I called the parts advisor Todd, gave him the part number needed, then asked for availability, and asked if anything was ordered period. The part was available, but nothing was ordered by David at all! He’s a lying scumbag. Corporate needs to get a better service adviser, before they buy back a lemon. I’ve contacted legal action and am prepared to proceed.
We've always had a great experience with the service department at Roseville Honda. Our previous service advisor is no longer there but we were connected with Joe and he's been wonderful. He found an extended warranty extension that saved us a lot of money today! We'll be back! Thanks, Joe!
I don't like this place.they sold me a $18000 car with 61000 miles after 3 days there is a maintenence signal on the dashboard. Please don't get your car here. Since they don't want to sell their cars in perfect condition.
Every time I went for an oil change or service it always always takes me 3 hours, 4 hours, even 5 hours one time for an oil change! Despite having an appointment and when they promise to finish it maximum of two hours.
Always great service. Best work. Quality work doesn't come cheap, but you get what you pay for.
They don't keep your maintenance record, mine was lost, I called the manager with voice mail many times and he get back to me once, he asked me to send an email regarding my concern which I did couple weeks ago and reminder last week, with no luck.
The maintinace happened 3 months ago with a recall fix
"We will Buy Your Car" but when you try selling to them they start making excuses after excuses of why they can't buy it or keep dropping the price for no reason given. Spent half my Saturday there waiting for them the say "Somethings wrong with your DMV paper work" then i call DMV and they say everythings perfect.
This place is a joke. The customer service is poor and they talk down on you when taking your car in for a recall. I I’ll not be coming here for anything going forward and wouldn’t recommend for anyone else
I went here with my boyfriend a few months ago to get my oil changed and my tires rotated, both services cost me $87. I went in by myself this time for JUST an oil change and the guy told me it was going to be $125, and $138 for all of the extra charges and taxes Luckily I had a coupon for a oil change and new windshield wipers for $80, which the guy was surprised that I told him about and told it to email it to him. Obviously they thought just because I was a young teenage girl they could scam me out of my money and upcharge me. Do not bother coming here if you are a girl, they will double the prices and then make you wait 3 hours to change your oil. I even have proof
They were detailed and quick. I was expecting to wait longer than I actually did and when they were done everything that was done was explained.
I bought my Honda accord 2 years ago from Roseville Honda and everyone has been really nice there. But I took my Honda for an oil change because I have their warranty. Two months after my oil change my oil light came on so I checked my oil and the dip stick had no oil on it. So I took it back to Honda Roseville and there was no oil in the engine. They never took responsibility for this but it was caused by their mistake. My car is a newer car and there should be no reason my car should be with no oil. So I took it back and they did another oil change and checked my car completely and everything was good. Then today I had to take my car into Les Shwab tires for a nail in my tire and they couldn't find my wheel lock key. The last place my car was serviced was Honda of Roseville. So who ever rotated my tires last time did not put my wheel lock key back where it should have been. These 2 bad experiences at this dealership will have me going to a different Honda dealership for my cars maintenance. I do not recommend this dealership. It's unfortunate to because I like my advisor here Jimmy. He is honest and very helpful. I wish everyone that worked here was like him.
Called x2 for a service question Monday & Tuesday last week. On the second call the receptionist assured me I would get a call back from someone in the service dept. It is now the following Monday one week from my first call. Still have not heard back from anyone with AutoNation Honda in Roseville.
I am updating this review because the Manager Edison Shaw, is the only reason my issues have been resolved. Once he was aware of my issue he scheduled to get me in and fixed the issue to perfection. I was treated with respect and Edison followed up with me to make sure the work was done correctly. Autonation leadership, Edison is the best employee you have at this dealership. Most of the other employees, including Sales (Eric, and his boss, and finance, Matt and Michael, should be fired).
This is by far the shadiest dealership I have ever worked with. The work produced in this service center is complete garbage. They are slow and will do a terrible job on your car. And when you ask for help from their poor service, they will ignore you. So I would avoid ever doing business here.
Brenda is awesome! She was empathetic to our situation and went above and beyond to get us taken care of and back on the road safely. Highly recommended!
I went to look at cars. The sales manager is very helpful even though there aren't cars in stock.
They were great we have bought 2 cars from them. We bought a Tahoe and Accord after the purchase the tahoe had a couple minor issues and they took care of them right away.
Overall, great experience and will always come back. BTW always schedule your appointments early to avoid the rush.
We have gone here before and we can really trust them. I went again today and James really overdelivered. He was so kind and went above and beyond making sure that they were quick and efficient and didn't pressure me, but was real with what needed to be fixed.
Sami who works in the service dept.in Roseville went out of his way to make a bad situation into a very pleasant experience.
My appointment time on a re call had been changed and I had not been notified but Sami went out of his way to work me in and adapt to my schedule.
I have had interaction with Sami before and I feel he takes personal interest in keeping me satisfied as a customer.
Needed to replace the fuel pump on my 2019 Honda fit due to a safety recall. Called in to scheduled an appointment and found out that they did not have the pump and needed to order. When I arrived there was a little bit of mix-up about the pump but my advisor James was able to sort it out. I also asked to rotate my tires. Picked up the car the same day. Overall, excellent service and I will be back!
