Bought my Wife her QX50 with sales rep Aiman Mousa. Aiman was able to provide us with some of the best service we have ever had

I experienced the best treatment of personnel and service in this agency. Thanks to all the staff, especially Mr. Nima.

Most of the staff are nice and easy to work with when purchasing a car. However, once we brought the car back within the 5 day return policy window, things became very slow and we ended up waiting for a couple hours. We were told we would get the refund by a certain day, but have not gotten it since (it's been 5 days so far). Their finance department has been hard to get ahold of over the phone. Hopefully we can get this resolved in the upcoming days. We planned on coming back to look at other vehicles in stock once the refund was processed, but are not sure anymore due to the delay.

I have never received such amazing quality customer service at any dealership like i did here! I will always go here first when I need to purchase a vehicle! Thank you Fred, Eli, Tony, Wassam, and Edgar!

My car was giving me sensor problems that were pretty complicated. Jeff, the advisor took care of me the whole way. He made sure he communicated throughout the whole process, and provided a loaner vehicle. The whole service department is very professional and efficient.

I went to a lot of porche dealerships and Aaron at Porche Irvin was the absolute best! He knew all the features and options which made it easy to compare models, a very good salesman and I will be happy to purchase another Porche from him in the future. I truly care about the service I receive, I can buy a car from anyone buy to get good care and customer service like Aaron showed me and my family takes it to another level.

The current market can be VERY daunting for someone shopping for a car. Not only do you have to find a car that's actually available and at a price that you want, but you also have to find a "good" dealer to work with. That said, I'm happy to say that Autonation INFINITI Tustin is definitely one of those few "good" dealerships that you should feel perfectly comfortable walking into and having a very solid buying experience at.

As a first-time buyer, I did my research. I figured what options for financing I had, which vehicle I wanted, the price point, etc. This dealership ended up having the vehicle I was interested at a GREAT price- which is SO hard to come by in this market.

And so I reached out. Aiman received my inquriy, and called me in minutes to make an initial greeting. After some very swift back and forth on clarifying the exact spec of the car, we scheduled a test drive the next day. Upon arriving, Aiman greeted me and answered as many questions as he could. It was a used car that wasn't an Infiniti, so I came in with the expectation that he wouldn't be that knowledgeable in that model- which is fine!

Next, was financing. This was is the part that many people dread. I will say to the potential car buyer out there to please be patient. The process can take a while, but that's because of the truckload of paperwork that has to be filled out. Notably, Teddy was my point of contact for most of the experience. He was equally fantastic, and was so patient in explaining all the things that I didn't completely understand.

What I really appreciated is that when they found out that the offered APR was high (the current market + first time buyer), instead of doubling down and try too hard in sugar coating it, they instead encouraged me to get outside financing within 3 business days/refinance right after. This showed to me that they ultimately just wanted the deal to go through, and all while were looking out for my interests too.

At the end, we sealed the deal on my 2022 Mini Cooper S with only 4700 miles. I got my outside financing figured out a few days after, and they went above and beyond to make sure that it would kick in after the contract was signed.

That said, while that 5-star stands, there were two hiccups.

While in the financing department, it was a bit uncomfortable to have roughly 3 people jump in and out of the office, with the salesman standing behind them in half the instances, just to explain things to me. It definitely felt like I was on the hot seat for a certain period of time, until Teddy took over the rest of the process and then it became a bit less awkward.

As well as that, despite Autonation's used cars being advertised as no add-ons and haggle-free pricing, unfortunately my car did come with one add-on. They tried their best to convince me that this security insurance thing was not, but I had to stand my ground and be very blunt to then that plain and simply.it was. It was an additional charge that was not disclosed (if it was, it was in the fine, fine print) before I came to the dealer.

Ultimately, we came to an agreement that we both agreed on. In my case specifically, even with the add-on the car was a great price anyways. I get it- they want to make some money too. But I would just appreciate that the dealer be honest with me, rather than try to tell me that an add-on wasn't an add-on (that can't be removed as a charge, mind you).

The basis for any business transaction is a that they are mutually beneficial. The dealer gets something (money), and the consumer gets a product or service that they felt was fair. Despite very small hiccups, AutoNation Infiniti does this well and I will be back again.

I highly recommend this dealership they were for friendly and kind. The place is clean. The cars are super great. I bought a 2019 Kia forte and I’m happy with it very clean very nice looking car. I’m happy if I ever buy another car I’ll go with them and I highly recommend it.

5-Stars all around! My wife and I were looking for a newer BMW X7. I came across a 2022 with only 2400 miles here at Autonation in Tustin. The price was also well under blue book, so I reached out to them and all I can say is WOW, these guys are great! I originally spoke with Eli but when I went in to test drive the car I worked with Aiman. Both Eli and Aiman were very professional, friendly and not pushy, like some salespeople can be. After the test drive I loved the car so much, I told Aiman "Sold! " and shook his hand. He said it was his fastest sale ever, lol. I wanted buy the car and surprise my wife with it, and EVERYONE at the dealership helped me pull this off! We've had the car for a week now and both my wife and I couldn't be happier. Not just with the car, but also with the entire crew at Tustin Autonation. The next time we need a car, this is the FIRST place I'm going to check!

Fantastic experience all around. We weren't necessarily planning to buy a vehicle, but David Gozzo was an amazing sales person, very informative, friendly, and knowledgeable in regards to the vehicle, so that sold us. I highly recommend this dealership!

Honestly i dont know where to being. But lets start off with the very first interaction with one of the best sales rep i was blessed to have met Ashton. He set the bar across the board for providing me with the most expectational and amazing shopping experience. From the moment I stepped onto the Infiniti lot with a couple cars in mind. Ashton was ready and eager to help me every step of the way. His responsiveness, and extreme knowledge, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. I will forever remember this expirence. Thank you so much Ashton Infiniti is extremely lucky to have someone like yourself. I look foward to speaking to you in the near future. Also a personal shoutout to his manager for also providing us with the most uplifting expirence. Very sincere down to earth human being we have the honor in meeting as well.

I'd give five stars if I were only rating the finance person she was very friendly and helpful. I'd give three stars for the sales person because he was also friendly but not very helpful. The two stars is because I was told there weren't any dealer add ons, but there is. The theft protection, even though the contract says it's voluntary and not necessary for the purchase of a vehicle at an autonation dealership, is an add on. I was told that I could decline it, but they wouldn't sell me the car. That doesn't make it optional, that makes it mandatory, and they should change the wording in the contract to reflect that. Also, they shouldn't lead by telling people there aren't any dealership add ons because there is one, so they are lying when they tell you that. This review is to let consumers know that there is an add on, and even though the contract states you can decline it and still purchase a vehicle, they won't sell you the car without agreeing to it.

We recently visited Tustin Infinity to help our 19 year old son purchase a used car from their lot. We drove 1.5 hours on a Saturday AM from Simi Valley because they had his "dream car" and it was within his budget. We had the pleasure of dealing with Ashton. Ashton was amazing! He was patient and took the time to walk our son through the entire process. My wife had told him that we recently lost one of our children in a car accident. Ashton was incredibly sympathetic and he counseled our son about the responsibilities of driving on the road. The entire staff was amazing and made the entire process as easy as possible. Can't say that I'll ever need to drive 80+ miles south to get a car, but if I do Tustin Infinity will be my destination.

Bought a car from them. Immediately the brakes started squeaking. Took it back under the 250 mile warranty. Sat in the service lobby for 2 hours only to be told that they put cheap brake pads on the car when they took it in. You'll just have to live with it. Still squeaking a month later. Not great customer service.

This is one of the least stressful service appointments I've ever had. The team was very professional and they did not try to aggressively upsell me.
I've serviced my car at this dealership many times and I've never had a bad service once.
Their customer service is impeccable and they will do their best to make you feel welcome.

I just bought my second family car and Sam was great to work with. I found the car online and same day was able to drive off with a QX50. The car handles great and in very clean. Overall very happy with the process and highly recommend AutoNation Infiniti Tustin.

Car has been at the dealer for 2 months now. They can't seem to find the problem after changing multiple parts waiting to see what they diagnose next.

First time purchasing a car with Auto nation Aiman was our sales man he listened to our every need and detail we were looking for in a car made the transition very smooth for us…He took care of us and we appreciate his time and effort into helping us make this process easy and smooth. On the other hand the Finance office of this company is RIDICULOUS tried to add ridiculous fees we did not need and kept insisting that their rates are Better they just don’t let up financing with my bank was way better than financing with them.
