Thank you to AutoNation Toyota Cerritos. Henry Rodriguez (Fleet Internet Advisor) got me into a hard-to-find, new Toyota, at a great price. Henry is trustworthy, honest, and professional. I recommend Henry for those searching for a transparent transaction. I intended to purchase, outright, but was given extra incentive to go through financing. Eric Mckenzie, in the finance dept, was upfront and efficient. I ended up with a better deal than I had anticipated. Excellent car-buying experience.

Sold my car here through Kelly Blue Book. Samila was super friendly and supportive with initial contact. Brian was incredible throughout. Had some issues with finding my account number and he didn't miss a beat. Would absolutely work with him again. Thank you guys!

Vechicle tires were not rotated due to "not enough time" but paperworks states that they were rotated. Very disappointed in this outcome.

Dirty oil was left on the under carriage. This oil leaked on my floor at home when I brought it home from the shop.
2 days lasted I noticed adhesive from the warranty repaired on my window, on my paint and around the new fixture. Yesterday my maintenance light turned on stating I need service even thought you just serviced my truck.

First time at your location and I can say I am extremely disappointed in the poor quality work.

Adhesive on paint and window? !? ! Seriously? Dirty oil left on the vehicle AND you don’t reset the maintenance light? Your service is the worst service department I have dealt with in almost 10 years. AND you charged me $100 for a realignment. I bet you didn’t even do that correctly.

Needless to say I no longer trust my vehicle and will be back when I have time to speak with the service manager. I expect to be compensated fully and for you to pay for Miller Toyota to do the job correctly. You guys are a joke

Yes, I LOVE having ARMANDO GARCIA-TECH work on my Toyota Rav4. He is so Great & Honest with me all the time! He Also worked on my car back on May 19,2021 & he spoke w/me everytime re: what needed to be done! I HOPE Armando is there in 6mo's, when I bring my car in again for 6mo Tune-Up. Thankyou Toyota. I had a great experience purchasing a RAV4. Although the, The RAV4 was not in stock here or any neighboring Toyotas. Toyota in Cerritos provided me with the soonest arrival date of the RAV4 I wanted. They gave me an ETA of the vehicle. It arrived sooner than initially anticipated! They followed up with me about arrival date as well as accommodated my availability when going in to purchase the vehicle. Overall a great experience thanks to sales representatives Tony and Miguel. Truly great-full for all their help if you are looking to purchase a vehicle look no further go to Toyota in Cerritos and ask for Tony or Miguel.

The lady at Vehicle Finance department REALLY need to change her attitude problem when customers aren't willing to purchase extra options/packages! Chillrax, it's just a job!

Thank you for the great service the only thing that I'm not satisfied with is the chipping of my car the color Blue crush. I also seen other cars the same color.same year 2016.their paint is also chipping off.i don't understand why they had a recall on the paint on the white cars they took care of the problem. Why not the color blue crush.it comes down to Toyota should cover all color of cars its the same name the same company. We should not have to pay for it either.because it's a factory defect.

Yes, I am bringing the Porsche in today. I am dealing with James Yates the manager. The clutch transmission is too tight and maybe needs to be replaced. The car needs a new battery. The trunk needs a shock. The breather hose is leaking. The wing in the back is supposed to go up when you are driving over 55 miles per hour. I am hoping that Autonation Toyota will fix these things. I paid a lot of money and I should not have to invest my monies into this car. Nobody else would purchase this car with these issues.

I came in for routine service, an oil change and tire rotation. I was more than a little surprised that it took 2 hours, some of which time, evidently, was due to an inspection of the vehicle, which was appreciated but not requested. I suspect that the inspection is partly motivated by AN's desire to sell the customer additional service.

The parts department is way understaffed.
I tried calling to verify if a part came in but one person can't answer phones and answer in store customers at the same time. Otherwise, the customer service was great.

We where forced to wait in the finance office over an hour while the finance agent tried to sell us an extended warranty. It should have been included with the purchase because of the $5000 Biden economic tax that was jacked onto the price of the vehicle.
