1st time to this dealership. Very huge selection of vehicles. The showroom is also very well designed. Gave it a four due to the fact their sales people were very aggressive. More aggressive than usual for sales.

Great experience, they were very helpful. Due to the shortage it was hard to find the color I wanted for my Highlander. They always kept in touch. The finance dept was great as well.

My sales rep was George Youssef, and he was the best! Handled everything like a true professional! Highly recommend George!

We bought a 2016 Corvette here and it has been nothing but issue after issue. The original salesperson Tom, was rude and spoke to me as if I didn't matter because I was a woman. I told the Sales Mgr that I did not want any interaction with him. He was still accredited the deal even after several times I requested to switch. Then I was sent to finance, Leke was the only one in this dealership that I can honestly say was amazing. Although, I did witness his boss rip him apart by yelling and screaming for allowing me to write checks for the downpayment after Leke received an OK from a different manager. That was extremely unprofessional. I specifically let them know that I wanted a Warranty as I did not want to pay for any issues being as it was a used car. When we bought the car my husband let Tom know that it looked like it was lifting and he told us with the warranty if it got any worse it would be covered. Fast forward to three weeks later and guess what. Its not covered. The dash lifted and we were told it would be $2000 to repair. It also took us almost 3 weeks for a new key to be issued. I have purchased multiple vehicles through Toyota over the years and am a firm believer in customer service. I drove over 1.5 to this dealership multiple times and have had the worst experience. For buying a luxury car at a Toyota. I am extremely disappointed in this dealership and will definitely not be recommending it. Especially, since it isn't an average car. I dropped 100k between the down payment and price of vehicle to already have issues with it. We reached out to Val and left several messages He has yet to call and discuss it with us. Tom in a text also said, If you have bumper to bumper there should be no problem. So unprofessional for them not to be in contact and to say we are covered when in fact now we aren't.on an item that isn't damaged by normal wear and tear. RIDICULOUS!

We always receive excellent service at AutoNation, Irvine. That’s why we bought our last five cars from them. Everyone is so friendly from the person who sets up the appointment to the service person. They always get you in and out of there quickly.

When I was shopping for a brand new Prius prime, I connected with Oday. He helped me secure a Prius that was being shipping to dealership, as inventory was very tight. He made the whole buying process very easy and transparent. When I came to pick up my new car, Sami helped wrap up all the financing, keeping everything seamless. Super happy with the whole staff and the financing department. Great experience!

The sales experience was great, Caleb was very helpful and answered all my questions. I was not thrilled that although I paid cash for the entire purchase, I still had to fill out a LOT of paperwork with the Finance person. He was professional with his answers but said he could not do anything about the tremendous paperwork. Ridiculous! We spent more time with finance than with sales! Did not appreciate the unexpected add on for TINT, supposedly.

Not a good experience. I came in for a battery problem and they gave me a $130 or a $170, can't remember which, estimate for just an electrical check-up. Then proceeded to tell me they didn't have a battery in stock (and take 4 weeks to get one) to fix the problem anyway. I couldn't believe they couldn't get a 12V battery for my Prius and the fact that I was going to pay so much just for an electrical check-up. The dealer in Capistrano Valley had a battery and I drove there. I didn't have to pay for an electrical check-up there and as it turns out I didn't need a new battery. They re-charged my battery and they didn't charge me a penny plus they washed my car. I would highly recommend the Capistrano Valley Toyota dealership over Auto Nation.

Richard Kim was a very helpful individual and I would say he is more than just an average salesman. He truly took care of me and made my experience a lot easier when looking for my dream truck. Thank you and I recommend it here for anyone!

Went in to check out some vehicles. Stuart, at the front desk, continued to tell us each of the cars we were interested in were not in stock, however are showing available online. Very disappointed with this interaction. Do not recommend this dealership.

I so appreciate the kind and understanding customer service during my recent visit. My vehicle issue was fixed in a timely manner as well as given a loaner vehicle so I wouldn’t miss work. Thank You!

UPDATE: Saturday, Sep 11 - Drove to Trader Joe's. Was in the store for approx 15 mins. I came out and my car would not start! Called Toyota Care and they wanted to charge me $85 to start it. While I was on the phone with them the person parked next to me overheard me. She saw my Parking Gate Pass on my windshield and knew that we live in the same gated community and offered to drive me home. It was dark, hot and I was tired and I was so very grateful. I called Toyota Irvine at approx 8: 12 pm and asked if the GM is there. I was told 'yes'. I was transfered to a VM system and disconnected.
.
Sunday, Sep 12 - Approx 5 - 6 am I went online to the Toyota Customer Service Chat Room and explained my situation and was told by Nicola A that a Cust Serv Team Member would be reaching out to me.
10: 40 am Called & spoke to Ozzie. He told me that Mark Mehta is the GM but off today. He said that Shawn (Sean) was in charge and transferred me. I left him a VM message.

UPDATE: Since my Service visit on Aug 26 my car had not started on 9/3,9/5 and 9/11. I have left a VM for Service Mgr, Mr Chris Cortez, he has not returned my call. I want to make an appt to bring my car in. All I ask is that I not have to wait like I did last time. I did speak to Mr John Bowser on 9/7 and explained that to him. He told me that I am welcomed to go to any other Toyota Dealer for service if I didn't like Irvine Toyota's 'first come first serve' (even with an appt) policy. I explained that I would have a friend follow me if I could just drop off the car with the keys and leave it with them. He said I couldn't do that. I believe my last words to him were 'so that's it then? ' He said 'pretty much'
-
Unacceptable. 2: 00 appt & no assistantance for 1 hr. Mr Cortez approached me after approx 30 mins & said he'd be w me shortly. Left to the employee lounge and never returned. I had to ask someone for assistance. When my car was finished, Mr Cortez gave me my keys and paperwork all the while speaking to another employee. I walked out to the garage - no car. Waited. He finally came & said, 'oh your car is outside the garage to the right. ' My look must had said something. "I'll walk you. "
Hot (90 day), frustrating, poor service. WHY bother having an appointment? Thank you.

If you're looking for fast easy car purchase this is the place to come. From upper management (Chet) to the both salesmen that helped me out (George Reyes and Mack) to the finance guy that helped us out they were all outstanding and I will be recommending them to all my family and friends if they're in need of a Toyota this is the place to come

To begin with I was in the market for a brand new Highlander xse after reaching out to multiple dealerships thru true car a lot of them were playing games didn't want to give and otd wanted me to come in all those old dealership tricks. George Initially reached out to me they my inquiry and was very help and courteous answered all my questions and that's when his general manager Chet were all very straight forward and games. Gave me the best deal possible came in George had the car ready for me my wife test drove done in less than 1 hour. This is just my personal experience with them and have nothing but good things to say about them great staff auto nation you have earned yourself a customer for life
