I am beyond pleased with the work completed by Auto World Collision on my 1999 Honda Civic. I will be contacting them in the very near future to get an estimate for the remaining work I need done.
I don't know the names of the persons that completed the work, but want to thank them for what feels like to me is a lot of love and passion they put into a pretty beaten up 24 year old Honda!

Based on my experience, not only would I not refer anybody, but I would actually go out of my way to tell people to avoid this place. They are dis dis, honest and try to give me my car back damaged and refuse responsibility.
First off, I would like to say I have been in around the body shop industry for 6+ years now so I personally know what goes on behind the scenes. Because of this, It has made it very difficult to trust any body shops that not only stand behind their work, but that are honest and trustworthy. I am a professional detailer and my attention to detail is higher than most. I took my older classic bmw to Autoworld and wow did they over deliver. Maurice and Adrain, were hands down the best at communication, customer service, and they genuinely cared about my experience and did whatever it took to make sure the job went smoothly. I had a very difficult color to match, as the car was not a factory color. They hit it out of the park! Color is matched perfect. So glad I found them! I will be sending them all my clients and any additional work I need done in the future! I really appreciate the time and effort they put in to make sure I was taken care of. See you soon!

Thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail they displayed in repairing my wife's Tahoe. The quoting and repair process was simple and stress free. Everyone I encountered was professional and courteous. I highly recommend and will be referring friends/family here from now on.

Please beware - I took my Tesla in for auto body repair after another individual raved about them fixing their Tesla. The repairs were completed subpar. The front bender was still protruding and for some reason part of my screen was faded. It was working perfectly fine when I dropped it off. I immediately emailed Dean to let him know of my concerns and he asked me to bring car back to check, which I did that Monday. Dean said that I would need to take the car in to Tesla to get the screened checked out and once I know what’s wrong to schedule the car so they can fix the front bender. I myself took it to Tesla Service for the first service appointment to see what was going on. Well I had to get a new screen for $1600. Tesla never seen this problem. My assumption is that someone put force on LCD and damaged part of screen. In the meantime I’ve been emailing Dean and owner, Maurice Starantino back and forth. They tried researching and blaming on a recall, but it did not affect my model and Tesla would’ve known if there was a recall. Maurice said he would call me back and Ive been waiting for 2 weeks and have never received a call back. They claimed that they wouldn’t have touched the screen, but a week prior to me picking up car, Dean, the estimator called me on a Friday to pick up car and then called immediately to hold off because the screen was black and they would check it out on Monday. They called me on a Monday and said it was all fixed. I didn’t pick up the car until that Friday since I was out of town, but believe the technician may have damaged the screen somehow. Very annoyed and This auto body is not Tesla certified.
