I made purchase online around 9: 00am 7/1 never got an email nor a call from this store regarding the status. They told I had to wait until 5: 00pm. I’ve never waited 8 for an online order.

Employees really are there to help you, they go thr extra mile to help uou to fix your problems with your car

Went on line for availability and prices got to the auto parts store double the price from on line manager said on line prices are different

Was here to get some part for an oil change one of the female employees was really helpful gave her a list of things I need and she picked them up for me great customer service

Antifreeze was slowly leaking from my truck, my mechanic said it was just an old radiator cap.so picked that up here & while I was there also bought some mace & a new gas cap

There is one sign for one line for purchases and exchanges; therefore, only one line should be made but multiple lines where being made by other people. The cashiers didn't bother redirecting the people to the correct line and were assisting them first and failing to ignore the correct line. If there is going to be multiple lines then they should state that.

Stopped here to get a check engine light read after the light came on and my card screamed "engine overheating" message on the display and their code reader was unable to find any trouble codes. Great job guys. You are supposed to be selling these devices. Do you think I will buy one after this experience? At least try to use a little more up to date device. It is not rocket science.

I went to buy a battery and needed help with the install I received exceptional service from Pearl she was beyond helpful thank you very much pearl you’re awesome!

To bad i can't give any negative stars i came to recycle oil just a drop off i been waiting for 15 minutes just to get acknowledge, workers been passing by me and havent ask me if i need any help other people are walking in and they are getting helped right away, O'Reilly gives better customer service.

My ability to compare this auto store with another is very limited so is my knowledge of cars. I went in for a particular item and it was not available. The employees were cordial and helpful, however this is the second time the item has not been available and no one could tell me if they stopped caring it.

Knowledge of vehicles is lacked, unless you speak to the older people that work here. The parking is hell, hard to park when wanting to go in. Other than that, it’s a basic autozone.

The line at this one is always very long but the employees are very helpful and as quick as they can be. Be prepared not to find parking the lot is always full

I went to recharge my battery they said it was bad! So i charged it with my next door neighbor to see for my self and it still works perfectly! They was just trying to make me buy a new one.snakeeeeessssssssss!

Every time I visit AutoZone for a part or tool these guys are really helpful the one who trains them in customer service is doing a great job

I always call up this autozone to get the most reliable parts I need to satisfy my customer never lets me down.

Its a good place when it comes to parts and deals but not having enough employees makes it, an ok place.

On the way to children’s court going north on the 710 the driver side windshield wiper blew off as it was storming and traffic was pretty much a parking lot; in actuality the traffic made it possible for me to arrive without a driver side windshield wiper! I was able to attend the finalization of a very important adoption. And then found my way to AutoZone where Alex, the manager was extremely fast and efficient and helping me secure even a much better windshield wiper. I was happily on my way back down the 710 and thank the Lord the whole drive was safe thanks again Alex

Very helpful. They tested my battery for free, then installed the new one for me at no cost. Thank you AutoZone.

3 stars only because about a week ago, my guardian's car battery got stolen and we asked for a used battery when the store opened. We waited an hour like the guy told us and then said 30 mins more. We waited and they tested it out and at last it didn't even work. Should charge used car batteries and test them out everyday in case.
