The person helping me was super helpful I couldn't ask for any better customer service. He went out of his way to help me change a bulb in my headlights of my Honda. This is the greatest place for auto parts and help

Teresa was super kind and helpful. I had purchased some shocks that were just not right for my car. After talking to Teresa, we were able to find better ones that make my car ride so much smoother. Much happier with the ride! Thanks Teresa!

AutoZone's customer service is really going downhill they're not personal anymore and they don't know about vechels or parts. I actually went out of my way to go to a different location to see if the customer service would be better and it was the same disappointment. I'm going to stop going to AutoZone.

Hands down the worst auto store with the worst customer service. I went in to buy a part at 11 a.m. They said that they would have it delivered by 5 called four times during the day told the same thing that it would be there this evening 6: 30 at night I finally called them back and they say it takes two more days to get the part. This is a recurring problem at this store. Either they are liars or completely incompetent.

Very clean and organized store, the management made the store have a very helpful and friendly service. In and out in 15 min.with the right part for once.

They were very helpful. They let me borrow one of their tools so I could get the code from the Check Engine Light. They gave me the the details of what that code meant. I was then able to arrange to take my car to the mechanic for the upcoming service.

Customer service is subpar by far, representatives are rude, belittling, and unwilling to help. Very unprofessional.

Now tell me what rating they deserve. I enter the store, not a customer in the store. None. The black employee wearing black back belt is on the phone. Finishes. Ignores me, syares at his computer, looks at the ceiling, and generally looks bored. The phone rings again. The black employee picks it up. Now he has a live customer in front of his nose, ME, this was a second, independent from the first call, call.
From this point on, having a live customer, the right thing to do, was put the phone caller politely on hold, and service me. Instead the black guy shouts for the back store. This moment another white guy customer enters the store, and stands behind my back with his wife/girlfriend/sister whatever she was as per their chat. Here a tall white guy in his late 50ties comes out from the back of the store and says what can I do for you. The guy behind my back who entered the store after me has the nerve to walk up to the register first, bypassing me, and the tall white guy, autozone employee accepts it with no problems showing ass**** customer service to me and proceeds to serve this from behind my back guy.
So now notice this is worse than racism, this is a mess of impossible to even name it, with something that doesn't even make any sense at workplace where it all holds on customer service, a black acted ass**** a white acted ass****. This place is a mess not an autozone store, I am disgusted to visit it again, all the less leave my money here. In addition there is O'Reilly anyways. This kind of sh** went on increase since Trump was elected, but you know what ass**** employees? You are plain misreading the President, and next coming for you will be no job, it's just the law of the life

I had two headlights go out on me in one month! Dalton was kind enough to change both of them for me at no cost and even helped fix a side panel on my car which saved me time and money that I would have spent going to the dealership!
