AutoZone, Oceanside CA

I came in for a battery testing and left so impressed I had to leave a review. The level of customer service and knowledge was unmatched. Brandon was extremely helpful, polite and very knowledgeable. He even helped me locate a new lug nut I was missing from a not so great tire rotation. I highly recommend him and the Oceanside / mission location.

I go in for spark plugs and they gave me the wrong ones, lack of attention to detail. Now costing me more money and more time.

I received most excellent customer service from one of the managers who helped me with a difficult head light, he changed it and also changed my filter, saved me alot of money, everyone was supper nice here

I was misinformed about what the issue was during a smog check. The manager, an older gentleman, firmly refused to allow me to buy a part that he knew would not solve the problem. I wouldn't listen, so he advised a second opinion, which I pursued. Imagine my surprise that 300 miles of driving, 2 days in the process, could have been avoided with a completely free "drive routine" to reset everything. I thank that shop for their knowledge, but this safely gentleman was definitely the MVP

The staff lack integrity! Offered (I didn't ask) to enable me to buy 5 individual quarts of oil for the 5 quart container price. After I accepted, they changed their offer 2x which would require me to pay a much higher price.

Workers here have been helpful. They loaned me a tool I needed for a few dollars that would have cost $50+ for a couple dollars as long as I brought it back in a few days.

Our car battery quit on us, Aaron W.was extremely knowledgeable, nice, and helpful. We really appreciate him getting us back on the road, so we can enjoy the rest of our vacation in Oceanside CA! THANKS Aaron!

Helpful staff. Usually have what you need or can order it from another store. If there is a part I usually need right away I go here. Half the price of Napa but still more expensive than online. I give 4 stars because on multiple occasions I've been given the wrong part in the right box. Always open and check the part before you purchase.

Do-it-yourselfers usually buy more parts than they actually need this way you can fix the whole car by accident and not spend a ton of money then again you might spend enough to buy a new Kia but that's alright you can feel proud you fixed it kind of an expensive way but you did it

Traveling from out of town and my battery started to not turn over. Went to Autozone to get a battery replacement and Darrell went above and beyond to help us out. First he offered tools to use since we had nothing with us. Then he noticed we were having problems loosening the screws and got us on our way on our way in no time. Thanks, Darrell, you rock!

The young hispanic girl who works the counter has the worst attitude I felt like I was inconvenience her texting on her phone horrible customer service skills and knowledge of cars is slim to none

Friendly staff, they are a smaller store so call before going cause they might be out of what your looking for

Great little spot, very minimal personal to help out when busy but would have the parts more then half the time.
