The only thing about this place I had brought parts and had it under my number and when I went back to receive my core charge for the parts they could not located under my number when I paid for it and had to pick the parts up a day later under my phone number

Worst service ever! 3 workers and no one was helping the female was on the phone while snacking and an old guy was just on the computer then the young guy was just walking around. I've seen bad service before but not like this.

I love AutoZone best customer service, been fixing my car and am putting new brakes and they helped and every question I had. For a novice like me, fixing my car on my own is a victory itself! Just one negative part make sure you use one phone number or keep your receipt at when exchanging something other wise your are screwed lol.

I like this auto zone better than the other ones I've been to. They always have what I need and the service is good and the employees seem like good guys.

Replaced a fuse that burned out and was controlling my trunk. Auto zone tech sold me a new one for $6.00 showed me how to install it and I saved $300.00 not letting the dealership rip me off.

The service rep took unusual initiative to solve my problem on the spot. My item was missing a part, they didn't have another one to give me, so he took the part from a similar item, since one of them was going to get returned anyway, sent me on my way. Great job!

This is the only autozone i have came to that is actually helpful, one of the first times i came i didn't know what type of headlight i needed for my car model since it is an older model the guy looked it up for me and still checked my cars headlight before charging me even put it on after to show me none of this was asked by me he just did it and was friendly about it. Other places just ask me a bunch of question like im the expert, also free battery charging.

Today about 20 mins ago I went to this auto zone (always go there since it's literally down down the street from my house.) I want to move my two-year-old son it was raining outside and I needed some antifreeze for my vehicle. My total came out to $21.xx. I have a $20 bill in my pocket along with another $20 bill that had ripped in half just as I pulled it out of my pocket. I politely asked the guy that was ringing me up if he had tape for me to rape the bill up. He asked the store manager. I need to get his name I forgot what his name was.but he was a big fat Hispanic guy with glasses he was dark skinned. I believe his name is Ruben. The I believe his name is Ruben. The manager said he cannot take my bill because it was not considered valuable. That's the lamest excuse I have ever heard.the bill was literally ripped in half.lots of places don't make a big deal out of it like this man did.so I went back to my car I grab my wallet which I had two dollars in and I went back to the store to purchase my antifreeze. The store was empty and the guy that was ringing me up said he could lower the price down for $18.xx I said no thank you.
Obviously the manager knew he was gonna hear back from me through a complaint with corporate or something. I am not gonna keep my mouth shut.you think with a $2 discount will fix your bad customer service and cuel way you treated me and my 2 year old? Nope. I didn't take the discount. I asked the guy yo charge me full price.corporate or whom it may concern are gonna find out about this.found out there's an ore ally near by.never coming to this store again. Thanks to this overweight manager

Justin was wonderful. He was very helpful and explained to me what’s better to buy. He also explained that I can get better price, buying a few little things. He was very polite and knowledgeabl.

Always find parts for my 92 Chevy suburban k2500 with the supercharge, if they don't have them, they take their time to find it at another store and order it for me. Place is clean and friendly staff.

Very straightforward auto zone for BS always find what I need for my car and the staff is whatever. I don't come here for hospitality I come here for all my needs and they always have what I need. Very clean location and I've been coming here for five years.

Van Nuys location that closes the latest (10pm?) in the area for auto parts. Bilingual Spanish speaking staff & small adjacent parking lot. Free battery testing & tool rental with deposit.

Just had the pleasure of working with Ariel. He was so courteous, very polite and so knowledgeable with everything that was wrong with my car. He was straight to the point and I absolutely enjoyed the experience. That kids got plans and he's going to make it. Thanks again Ariel.

On the larger side compared to other AutoZone locations in the San Fernando Valley. Staff is a mixed bag, I guess depends on the shift. Plenty of parking.

Come for the parts you need leave with the wrong ones, come back and hear that they don't have what you need and go somewhere else.
