20This is the best AutoZone i’ve ever been to.a lot of times it’s intimidating to go into a place you don’t know much about but these guys made it easy and fun.the manager was super down to earth and customer focused.

Went with a friend who had to order a part for his car. It arrived the next day and was reasonably priced. Employees were friendly and knowledgeable.
These guys went above and beyond just to get my windshield wipers on, amongst other queries I had. And laughing having a good time. If I need anything for my car, I'm going to these guys first!
You must check the parts! They're not skilled workers! They gave me the wrong parts! They've already made a third mistake.
Pretty good auto parts store. I was looking for a headlight and the employees were very helpful. Even after I told them the wrong one. I tried to change it in the parking lot and it didn't fit. When I brought them the old one they matched it up and gave me the correct one. No problem with the return. Quick and easy.

I came in for replacement headlights and at the register Giovanni offered to install them for me. He came right out to the parking lot and installed them right away. I'm really thankful because I have no one I can ask to do this for me. Definitely the most positive customer service I've received.
Staff had jokes that weren't helpful when I was dealing with car issues, but damn was their service and knowledge super helpful.
I went to see why my check engine light is on after I had just replaced the thermostat (the last problem it had). The guy I spoke to had no idea what he was talking about, and just confidently gave me a bogus answer to satisfy me. I'm not an idiot and I'm not satisfied.
The worst customer service i have wvwr had at autozone. The guy was rude n after sellg me a battery for my car key he walked away lwdt me atandg there not knowing what to do. He said its my responsibility.just could not believe it. Horrible

Some of the guys don't know what they are doing. Overheard a sales person telling a woman that any oil would work for her car because her car was new. He told her that oil viscosity don't matter because it's not snowing.

Employees have attitudes! I was standing in line, and another customer jumped in front of me by accident. I notified the other customer, and he apoligized then stood behind. The other customer explained the sign confused him because it said exchanges & parts, not purchases. No big deal. However, an employee over heard our conversation, and proceeded to tell us that it meant purchases in a sarcastic tone. Very uncomfortable & unnecessary.
Very helpful staff stoped to get a part for my mustang I got what needed and I was in and out like Flynn.
Worst service ever.called to find out if something was in stock. They looked it up and said yeah the location on reseda and parthenia has many in stock. I drive only to hear the clerk say "the call center tells you anything to come in but sorry we don't have it"
Just bad service. At least really take the time to give correct info beforw making someone drive 10miles.
