I came in for a light bulb. A less than excited clerk showed me where they were, indicated one on the rack. After he walked away I noticed 2 others lower down on the rack that were less than 2/3 the price of the one I was shown. I don't think he was intentionally trying to upsell me on a relatively small sale, but was annoying at the time. I'll stick with the Glendora location in the future.

I ordered a transmission fluid filter for my Jaguar but with I got it no gasket, and I travel far to pick up the filter. There is no apology from the management. That's all I need to hear from them.

Came to this location earlier this month and once again today!

Needed a battery to be check this time and came out to be "Bad". Great knowledge from team members and got me a newer battery with better charge rates.

Highly recommend this location then others in area.

My car battery died yesterday after leaving the light on and after many frustrations of getting my car jumped I decided to head to autozone and get a completely new battery. I don't know anything about cars and I'm always worried about getting taken advantage of when it comes to auto part purchases but that wasn't the case with Carlos. He checked my battery to even see if I needed a new one (turns out I did) and also replaced my new one for me all in about 30 minutes.

Great service!

I was looking for a specific part for my car. I asked the gentleman if he carried the part I needed at the time there was a gentleman a younger guy and a girl in the store. The girl was busy eating pretending to work and flirting with a guy by the register. The gentleman said to me they're over here aisle 2 we don't have a chart for your part you'll have to find it on your own he then walked away and continue talking to the younger couple in the corner that's the only customer service I received. I was completely shocked because normally the people in AutoZone that work behind the counter are amazing I do not recommend this location if you need help.

Most definitely. I was there 2/8/19 around 1 to 2pm purchasing headlights (bulbs) for a 2010 Chevrolet Impala. The younger gentleman told me that they're not allowed to remove any parts of the headlights to replace the bulbs. I was about to get a refund for a $30 dollar purchase when another worker (older gentleman) came out and replaced the bulbs. I am so thankful and grateful to this worker. He took the time to give EXCELLENT customer service. May God RICHLY bless this gentleman!
He should DEFINITELY be the manager. Very professional and kind!

Phone calls get priority over walking people, I know it’s important to handle calls and for me to be patient, I’ll give them another try.

Poor customer service, bad attitude. Being from Memphis (Autozone HQ), I know ‘the deal’ with Autozone as I have worked with them my whole life and use their 24-hour locations nationwide. I have never had an issue accessing All-Data for 5 minutes in over 12 years of working on vehicles, until this location. First they denied having it entirely and now they say I have to buy a $180/month membership and provide my “PIN code” to access in-store after I had to explain to the person what All-Data was. This is very unprofessional and disheartening to say the least. I will no longer support this store and their incompetence.

I bought some merchandise and I wanted to return it, but according to the salesman behind the counter told me that they wouldn't accept the merchandise. He showed me a sign behind the counter that you couldn't read unless you had a magnify glass. I would not suggest ever going to this Auto Zone.

Good auto parts dealer that can get you most items. They did not have what I wanted, but told me where I can find it. I was able to order the part thanks to the assistance of the Autozone employee.

Smallest autozone I've been to had none of the parts I needed and had to Id the parts myself because staff could not.

I will not be purchasing anything from Auto Zone again. Their customer service SUCKS. I purchased a$200+ battery for my vehicle. I had to replace within a year of purchasing it. It wouldn't hold a charge again, took it back to them to charge. Never received a call after a month now letting me know. They have no record of my exchange. I did have someone else, not me, call and they were informed my battery was no good. They said I would need to purchase a new one and would not give any credit towards a new one. They still have not notified me. If I could give them a zero, I must definitely would. This is one of a few incidents.

I was here earlier today, ordered a part they didn't have, but they informed me that their store in Gardenia had one, and could be delivered in a couple of hours.
They took my name and number and said part wild be ready for pick up in 2.5 hrs. I made arrangements to have my car and mechanic ready to change out part. Well, once I got to Auto Zone at 5: 30 (time promised), ni one knew anything about my order, then they proceeded to tell me that part wouldn't be in till 10am tomorrow.
They weren't very helpful. They're attitude was like "oh well, see you tomorrow".
One star cuz no "I'm sorry about that", nothing
The service here is mediocre at best. Would definitely recommend trying another store in the area. Remember, you have choices.

This is the second time that I've attempted to leave used oil with them only to be informed that their barrels are full and they can't accept any more. And this after spending over $100 with them today.
