I went for a battery problem they tested my battery and helped me out and they were very helpful.

Very helpful staff who listen, show you some solutions and even examine your vehicle to reaffirm the possible fit.

Great service and all the parts I needed. Once they didn't have the part I needed; but they ordered it and had it the next day.

Employees Customer service was mediocre, not willing to help you out. Making you feel uncomfortable asking questions and or for advice. Because they are under new Management and have room to improve, I'll give them a 3 star ok.

Love this Company. If they dont have it there, they will get it from another Autozone. Very Helpful too. Off of Main st in Ventura.

If you are in need for parts dont go at closing time the guys will give you the wrong parts and real rude. The nite crue are dont care jerks.

Auto Zone always has the parts I need in stock & ready. If this store doesn't have it they will check if any of there other stores has it available. The staff is friendly & tries to make sure you got everything you need for your repair. The prices are decent & they have decent sales. Definitely recommend if you need an auto part that same day.

What I love about Auto Zone besides great prices I get my brakes there which you purchase a set and when you need to replace take them back you get them free replacement

Earl, the store manager, sold me and installed this Duralast battery in my car in the parking lot on the morning in May 2017. I'll never forget the quality of his work because of his attention to detail.

Slow not very helpful sold me a part there computer said the car needed but it didn't make a difference to the computer print out yet no refund. I think it's a scam them and there print out telling you what your CAR NEEDS.it's a farce!

I went to Autozone last night the guy helping me was very unprofessional eating chips All I could small was his breath.unmotivated to Help find part I use to like going there to bad Tom’s not there anymore! Oh and every worker is always on there phone instead of asking if I need help

Thanks to Jose I didn't have to pay high prices for someone to install my tail light. He is great he took care of everybody that came his way.

Had to buy larger product then I needed because they didn't carry small one like every other auto zone in the nation

It's auto zone you're sure to get great price and once in a while the wrong part like any part store just about. They usually like 9 out of 10 times will have exactly what your car needs and price match any store to give you the best price. I have gone to auto zone probably ten thousand times since I got my drivers license 30 years ago.

AutoZone has always been an essential part of any Expedition. I drove from Washington DC to California to sell my book and AutoZone has come through for me several times. The AutoZone in Ventura California rocks.
