A bit of a wait but Josiah did a great job keeping his cool juggling 4 customers with no help in sight. He was passed up by two other employees but neither thought to try and help out by taking on any of the others customers that were waiting.

I must say that you can’t judge all autozone being equal. I went to autozone on Bruceville Rd to return items that I did not need because the item I bought for my car were not useful because my car was not repairable. The manager took a look at my items and just told me I can only exchange them and not give you a refund. I told her that the car is no good and that I wouldn’t be able to use the items I bought. I went home upset and called autozone customer service. Customer service told me that your items have warranty and should not have any issue returning item. I explain to them that I did have issue so customer service told me to go to another autozone to return them. I went to this autozone and the manager there was able to refund me with no hassle. I decided that I was not gonna go to autozone anymore because of my experience with the Bruceville store but the customer service here at 5011 Laguna Autozone won my loyalty back. Thanks for you great customer service.

I called auto zone this morning for a battery and the helpful voice Will answered the phone. I came in and Will started to change my battery. Will said, you might have a warranty on this battery! Wait what okay let me call Les Schwab. I did have a warranty. Will put my battery back in my SUV with a big smile. I was smiling ear to ear because Will just saved me a lot of money. Thank God for human kindness of people like Will.

Over the week I have went to this particular location multiple times to purchase parts for my car! Each time I was always welcomed into the store! 2 out of the 3 times I was helped by a wonderful associate by the name of “Crystal”! She was always recommending which part would fit my vehicle better than the one I originally came in to purchase! On top of the amazing customer service, the store looked to be in amazing shape! All of the shelves were stocked full and completely organized! I will continue to return to this location time after time due to the great customer I received while i wad there!

Outstanding customers services night crew one of the night manager Raj outstanding and very helpful he won't sell u something u don't need like O'Reilly also both raj and other guy George put customers first priority

I've been here multiple times and it's my go-to place for advice and everything else concerning my vehicles that isn't higher level stuff an auto repair shop must handle. Sometimes slow to get around to you but that's because they take care of each individual customer completely from what I've seen, and I don't mind waiting for the service.
Knowledgeable staff and always trying to save the customer money.fantastic crew works here.top knotch.
I've been to O'Reilly's and other places and only reason I go there now is because Auto Zone doesn't carry the coolant my Mini Coop requires.but I don't buy anything else from the competition, only the coolant. These guys have that kind of loyalty from me. 5 years plus I've been in and out of this particular location on occasion.

Don't get your battery tested here. Took two sperate vehicles of mine here and had them tested. Coincidentally their AutoZone branded machine suggested they sell me an alternator on both scenarios. Side note: I replaced my own alternator and it passes fine on my own multimeter, so you can be sure they're just pushing parts sales. Only one vehicle ACTUALLY had a bad alternator.

I like the customer service here. Overall, staff at Autozone is typically more friendly and helpful than its competitors. Autozone's reward program is a bit too complicated and not very generous though.

If you have a battery problem or an alternator problem AutoZone will check either of those two components free for you they told me I needed a new battery this morning

I walked in the store no greetings no one at the parts counter. One of a sudden this girl walked up named crystal and the customer had a return and told she cant return even if the refund was for $25. Every time I go in the store she is always sitting on the chair behind the counter and eating something. No customer service. They need to improve. She has to go back for the training to learn the customer service. Other employees are better than her. If other employees can go above and beyond. Customer's usually go to that store to get some help not expecting this kind of service. Abdul, Perry, Rickey, Raj, Vitesh, Dan these people are very helpful when ever I walk in the store. Very professional. They have get that crystal out to other store or she has to go somewhere where she gets to learn the service. Thank you

Sad this place changed a lot. There is a He staff there that s rude. He even told me you buy air filter and you dont know how to change it. Will I ask him if I did. I love the guy whose name.starts with the R. He was so happy with customers and just replaced my headlight bulbs without me asking for help. I dont see him anymore replaced by rude staff. Now. I.go to Reillys but not the one by mack road. You autozone by Safeway continue to be rude and you ll go zero customers unless they have no choices or you just pick on people you think you can be rude to.

Very dissatisfied with the service I stood in line and waited for them to help to customers and someone walked in and he handled that person before me and when I said excuse me I was in line he said give me two seconds and then he run the person up while I was still standing there waiting at least 10 minutes

Surprised at how much the employes go above and beyond for their customers. I am truly taken aback by the genuine friendly and helpful service. I appreciate it very much and to be a women who doesnt know too much about auto parts and such, I just want to say thank you guys youre much appreciated!
