They were helpful and polite. I bought some windshield wipers. They even installed them for me.

Consistently lacks premium replacement parts. When in the unlikely event they are available, you won't find them at this location, need to be shipped to them.

Paul is of great help. Very well versed and prioritizes the cars performance with still having savings in mind.

Took my recently purchased nearly new battery in for charge today after car lights were left on overnight; picked it up; told it was bad, so I took it to Napa Auto; When I returned they showed me on their charger & drawdown check/test equipment that it was now charged & excellent; no problem; except for the Auto Zone bad battery tag suck on it by the Scammer behind the counter who didn't even charge it, or check it! Undoubtedly the same for the other 4 decent looking ones sitting on the counter top there.

Didn't want to do and exchange even though the item had warranty and try to trick me into thinking I had already done it

Service was great I was driving down the street somebody flag me down said that my brake lights were not working went in there I asked the person at the cashier if he can check to make sure he said yes you brake lights are not working. He even let me a wrench took the brake lights off when inside got two new ones with a mom there

Josh and Rafael are super heroes.get those men some capes.they both went above and beyond their duties to help me and family. I can not Express enough how amazing those guys were.never once did they act like I was an inconvenience. And I asked a lot of them. They both came out to my car multiple times. Stood there and discussed what issues I was having and what i could do to fix them. Without their help we would have been stranded. Autozone give these men a raise or a promotion or something. They deserve it.

The manager with the beard is always on point. Now That is customer service you dont ever find. He actually proves chivalry does still exsist. I wish more employees were like that guy. Autozone is lucky to have him.

Came in needing my low beam lights replaced. They had them in stock as well as other teams I needed and replaced them for me. Store was clean and the staff was professional and well versed in merchandise.

Unbelievable worst customer service I have ever seen. I would not do business with auto zone if they were the last shop left smh.
