AutoZone Manteca, CA helped me out a ton. I had a battery that needed to be replaced and I couldn't turn off the car, or else I'd never get it started again. Isaac got me the battery quickly and I was able to get it switched up right there and on my way. Excellent customer service, even in difficult times

They always have what im after. Their prices are great. They've only let me down once.well cause they were closed. Ok the nap before the store was a bad idea, but I bet they would have stayed open dew more minutes if I would have called. Hey listen if you need a monkey wrench they will find the monkey that owns one and steal it from him

My experience was straight forward, just needed a headlamp, but I was impressed with the patience the employee showed with a customer that kept asking questions that had no answer to his liking and kept telling the employee how six months ago, the parts he was looking for were in stock and cheaper.
Been here twice and both times was helped in reasonable time and with a smile.

Good place to go for your part for your car there willing to help you and they will not stand by their parts

I was not to happy with the employee that help me. He was not skilled in what I was needing and got the wrong part twice.

Friendly and helpful staff, they went above and beyond to help me get the battery replaced on my car which was horribly corroded. The shop I take it to get oil changes at never mentioned the battery to me so I was unaware that it was beyond bad, it was swollen and corroded the connections. The people at this eurozone helped me get it fixed up and got my car running again. I'm very thankful for them!

I went next door to Don's Auto Glass come and inquired about a busted mirror that I had paid a lot of money for to be custom-made. Much to my surprise they told me they could cut off the broken piece for free. Although this customer sends me for being broken, it makes my heart Happy that it's for free that the bad piece get cut off.

Not happy service was very slow, parking lot was filthy. Wound up putting back the oil I wanted and went to Walmart where it was $2 cheaper.

Thanks to all the staff at AutoZone thank you for helping me find what it is that I'm looking for when I come in there regardless of what vehicle is that I need something for you've been pretty good to locate and help me find those parts. Certain employees make it their business to make you feel uncomfortable and straight up disrespected and unwelcome. Some, most are good people though.

Just got off the phone with an employee named Brandon. I have very little knowledge about cars and auto repair but he quoted me on needed parts and provided valuable information and suggestions. Brandon's knowledge and customer service are very much appreciated. I Intended on calling around to compare prices but I feel that is no longer necessary as I will be going in to this location to purchase the parts in result of such a great customer experience so far.

Not Good! This is my second time getting parts from auto zone and the parts we're wrong! Must start purchasing from other auto parts stores. Sad
