Muqeet the Oakley store manager was amazing and tightened my daughters battery cables after it left her stranded at the grocery story parking lot. She called me and I came down to see what I could do. I seen that her cables were not really attached and we got it kinda attached and car started I told her drive other there to auto zone and see if they will tighten the cables up for you and without hesitation he came right out and did it for her. So amazing thank you so much

They do not want to price match Walmart they made a big deal about it some kid with long hair and some Chinese manager kid. Only came to buy oil because all of the Walmarts are pack with people should have known better!

They actually had the part i needed in stock with a lifetime guarantee on it. Charged my spare marine battery for free.

A very cheerful woman came out in frigid, rainy weather to test our battery just a few minutes before her shift ended - no I-am-annoyed-because-I-really-wanna-go-home vibes whatsoever. Really appreciated her warmth and helpfulness.

Awesome staff! Took the time to help me change the tail light bulbs on my truck because I didn’t have the right star tool. Even snuggled that we do them all sine we had it apart. Saved me from having to go to the dealer and spending twice as much. Thank you so much!

I went in looking for a metal polish and the person behind the counter had no idea what I was talking about or where I could go next. I ordered it on line. Had it a week later. Not real happy with this store or the person I talked to

Very helpful guys. Needed snow chains. Not very knowledgeable in cars. They went out in the pouring rain to check my tire size. Went above and beyond to make sure I got everything needed.

I Will go to Napa Auto Parts from now on.it took them 4 times to get an oil filter for my 5.3 chevy correct.then tryed selling me a 26.00 dollar one when all I needed was the 4.99 AC Delco filter.lol.this place is fine if you need a quick pick up of some oil or what not but do not trust the people behind the counter

The AutoZone here has a good crew but I'm giving them a 3 star because they don't most of the accessories you looking for, I was told by a staff member the reason they don't have that much items is because it is a small store.
