Does not check returned parts. Had bought an Pitman arm just to open the sealed (taped) box, just to find a broken and worn part inside

Quick and easy in and out the door. There's a book in front of the parts near the entrance that has all of the parts (air filters/ oil filters etc.) listed by make, model, and year of the car in case you don't feel like waiting in line to ask. They also offer military discount, and have plenty of parts and accessories to choose from.

I may not know about cars.but at least I know about custumer service. I was attened by "Frank" who didnt say hello nor anything seemed very bothered to help. I asked about license plate lights.again I do not know much about cars. I was hoping for the associate to tell me about the options or brands.all he did was look it up on the cumpter went to look for a pair and handed them to me.like zero communication.then i asked if there can be someone who can help me put the lights [or at least show me] and he went to ask another associate who they began to just back and forth.you can say no.i understand if its not part of your job.i wasnt expecting for anyone to do the work.i just wanted assistance.i ended up just walking out. Very unhappy and unpleasant customer service.

They never have enough people working. I had my check engine light come on and they are suppose to check it.nope gave me the machine and explained how to check it?

I think that their people need to learn about parts and not to rely on the computer so much than relying on a computer but other than that pretty good people

Took in my broken alternator to get tested and was told it passed after I knew it was broken and had a lifetime warranty. Was mad, had to go to another location to retest and just as I suspected was broken. They sent me back to the original location who had just told me it wasn't broken. Still got the new part but was a waste of my time going back and forth over the incompetent female attendant who not to mention had to get 3 other service members help her.terrible customer service! Don't go to this location until they hire people who actually know about cars.

This location seems to be staffed predominantly with females. But, don't hesitate, they are great! This store has helpful, knowledgeable employees.

Great auto zone! The people are nice and are willing to help and not just get to the end of the day. I go to this one because I know they will help if I have questions. They are busy but make sure to help who they are talking to

Very helpful and accommodating team at this location. My fuel pump committed suicide on me and my truck limped to this AutoZone from the freeway.
They went above and beyond to help when they really didn't have to.
They managed to help me and still deal with the many customers inside so the line didn't start creeping too long.
I've been to other locations where the older woman in front of me needed their help to put a quart of oil in their car and I end up waiting ten minutes because of it but these guys were on it.
They run a good store over there. Highly recommend this location.

This lady was so unwanted to be there kind of attitude. She wasn't much knowledgeable of AutoZone parts nor has any customer service. You think saying "welcome to AutoZone" is all her effort she has to put in. I wish I knew her name, but was distracted by her insincere welcoming that I didn't happen to notice her tag. She been there for while. Well, all I can do is complain she needs a job too.

They have it all but they need to put attention when they are looking for parts in the computer sometimes they give the rroung parts
