Love this store! I went to get some advice about my AC and Mary was very helpful in helping me install freon into my car. The store is also very clean and well stocked. I highly recommend coming to this location if it is near you. Great customer service!

I went in sure of what was I supposed to do due to my car not properly starting. A helpful young man by the name of Donovan assisted me throughly because it was my first time. It turns out I needed a new battery which he helped me install. Thank you Donovan!

I visited the store yesterday had a great experience, the friendly staff greeted me at the entrance and answered all my questions. When I got there i had no idea what to look for but a great lady helped me find exactly what I needed for my car. Thank you autozone and Ana

I really don't like leaving bad reviews but I went in to buy a mitt to wash my car I was ready to pay and when I asked the guy where I can pay he said yeah give me a minute, the was fixing the screwdrivers making them look neat I understand thats your job but I have worked for autozone before.you should leave whatever your doing to help a customer! I waited 2or 3 min before he decided to come and ring me up.

Yesterday I stopped at auto zone to get some information about a/c products. Juan gave me all the information I needed and also directed me to the a/c Freon that I needed for the year of my car. He went above and beyond, thank you for your patience. I Definitely recommend the store.

I bought led lights for my car yesterday, turns out my brother had the same ones and he offered to give them to me. So I decided to return The ones I had just bought, so I can get my money back. I didn’t open the box at all I didn’t even get them off my car I was told if opened they wouldn’t return so I didn’t. Went today & they opened the box to check them, then manager came over and said he couldn’t return them because they were used. When I honestly didn’t even open the box. So if manager claims they are used I guess they sale used stuff. Idk overall it was pretty bad, upsetting customer service. I was shocked at how they automatically assume they were used if I honestly didn’t open the box.

The young lady Mary B.was very helpful and informative. They make me want to learn more about cars and become more of a do-it-your kind of guy. I will keep coming here for my cars needs.

Nice friendly service. The cashier came out to my car and put my battery in. When I tried to give him a tip. He wouldn't take it. Nice store parking can be a bit tight at times but the staff is amazing.

I personally wouldn't recommend this location. Of all the parts I've tried to buy in the past they always send me to the other local Auto Zones either on 58th St and Central Ave or Firestone and Zamora and believe me I'm not the only one who's had this experience at this location. Why even go there then. Thumbs down for me
