Terrible customer service. I chose to shop here instead of monopoly Wal-Mart. I was ok with paying a little bit more for a better shopping experience anything but!
I'm not sure if you can teach common courtesy but definitely lacking here. They should send secret under cover shoppers to see the lack of service. Next time I'll go to O ' Riley's or monopoly Wal-Mart at least I'll know I save $ and get no service. But I'll prefer that over bad service

Didn't think I'd find a washer nozzle for my diesel f350, but they had 'em.it was a universal type (dorman) replacement but better than oem. Really glad I didn't have to order a part and wait!

So I lost the alternator in my car. They went outside and tested it and confirmed the alternator was bad. I had to order it on a holiday weekend, no biggie. I picked it up in two days and my battery had drained and didn't start. An employee that happened to be there on their day off offered to give me a jump start. I thought this was above and beyond. I appreciate all the pros in this store, keep up the good work guys.

Always a GREAT atmosphere walking in the Yucca Autozone, although "car troubles" are the last thing anyone wants to be dealing with atleast the associate's help when times get rough. Robert is always my GO TO GUY he knows his Stuff and hes Fast, and TIME IS MONEY. Great Job Yall!

This a a good autozone, not all are. Many of the employees have been working on cars for a long time and have the knowledge to properly assist customers.
