Very poor customer service. I had to repeated tell him what I wanted and he repeatedly kept trying to sell me something different. Like women know nothing.

Well stocked and especially helpful staff member named Tiffany helped me sort through a few things I was confused about. Thank you for that.

Arnie is amazing. He did a basic curbside pickup for me and then saw me struggling to fix my problem and stayed with me until the part was installed and ended up doing it for me. Then he helped me find a fuse that ended up fixing a problem I’ve had for years that the Toyota dealership wanted to charge me a couple hundred bucks for. Saved me a ton of time and money and was so nice. He’s got my family’s business from here on out.

Both of the Watsonville stores are awesome
It seems that the one on Lake has more in stock. The gal at the counter was helpful, and well spoken.

I've already gone in there a couple times to shop for products to do my maintenance wash on my vehicle and when ever I ask for a certain basic automotive cleaning products (boar bristle brushes, iron remover, ceramic sprays) none of their workers know seem to know what Im talking about. They look at me like I'm an alien or something. This clearly means they don't get properly trained during their training period or they don't get pushed to learn their in store products. Oh I almost forgot, they never honor their shelf prices. Twice I see a product that scans to a different price than the shelf. Either they don't do tag changes or they are trying to full the customer by giving you a better price then charging you more at the register in hopes you don't notice. TERRIBLE. On bright side they are usually pretty good when you need specific parts for you car. But I mean, the computer pretty much does the finding

I stopped by at Autozone the one in downtown Watsonville since it’s the closes to my house. I walked in and waited to be approached by the man behind the counter. He looked at me and I didn’t get a response by him. He acted to be busy. I waited for couple minutes until someone else came and helped me out. After my check out I glanced out to the employee that didn’t want to help me out and saw his name tag as a “store manger”. Worst experience I ever had from this store. Going to freedom instead, worth the drive.

I went in to get a diagnosis on my engine light, which Autozone and other car part stores offer for free. When I told this to the girl at the counter the said, “we don’t do that here. ” I said, “you don’t? There is a sign out there that says you do. ” She looked over at her coworker and after a few seconds she took the OBD scanner from behind her and walked out with me. I had to tell her where to plug it.

I didn’t think that was professional. She could have asked for help or let me know someone else could help me better. There was no apology or acknowledgment that she made a mistake. Whoever the manager is needs to train their employees better.

I don’t blame her for anything. There wasn’t conflict. I could have been one of those mean customers. I just want to let management know of what happened.

I bought oil, filter, "the club", & an oil pan bolt/plug. They have everything for routine auto maintenance.

Bought a new battery on the recommendation of AAA Road Service from whom I've bought two in the past. Unfortunately they have now upped their price considerably. Auto zone had a fair price and quick installation, cost 150.installed. Still painful but about the least around when you are desperate.
