15 The guy was rude made me wait longer than what I wanted to. I first asked him where a clamp was and didn’t tell exactly where it was he just said somewhere around here dude. I thought that was rude.
I’m 63 years old and I feel sir is the word to use to older man.
One of the best Autozone stores I’ve been too in a while. And that’s says a lot! Keep up the awesome job!
This is the 5th time this place either sold me the wrong part or gave the wrong information order your parts online everything from here is over priced anyways

Auto Zone! For all my vehicle problems and products I will be going to Auto Zone in Rubidoux. Needed a battery. Had to jump my SUV myself to get there! Spoke with Josh on the phone and he was very informative, knowledgeable and patient. The young man that sold me the battery I needed also checked my system to be sure it was my battery. He did a great job installing it and made sure all my questions were answered. Thank you to everyone at Rubidoux Auto Zone. I will be back with all my friends.
Thank you so much for all the help and advice! Not sure exactly the names of the few guys who helped me, however they were all fantastic! I’m sure they know who they are, they helped with my Silverado and the serpentine belt/water pump. The one guy knew exactly what was wrong and on both my visits in the store he helped walk me through everything that was needed and recommended a few other parts to make sure everything worked! They all seemed very knowledgeable, I would highly recommend coming in here! I felt very welcomed and confident they were doing everything they could to help me!
Warranty is a lie. I bought a battery only 3 months ago, was told I wouldnt need a receipt. It already left me stranded, with AAA saying it was just the battery. I went in to replace it and was first told I would have to purchase a new battery and then get refunded for the warranty, when I asked them to just replace it, they went to look it up on the computer and somehow they lost both my name and my phone number in their system so they wouldnt cover me. Never shopping at autozone again
I was in this store a couple of days ago, in line to buy oil change supplies. An employee by the name of Nathan, his behavior and speech was unacceptable for customer service. I WILL NOT BE DOING BUSINESS IN LOCATION AGAIN.
I went to buy a battery For my 2007 Chevy Silverado, I had asked if they could install it for me. The first guy actually broke the battery terminal until Robert stepped in. He was extremely polite. He fixed it with no hesitation and was able to install my battery with no problem.
Terrible service, i was waiting for more than 15 min to check an starter get a no as an answer due a failure check machine. Couldn't even dump the oil cause tank was full.
No I had one young man there to help me and he maxed the price of some ATF that I bought to Walmart then give me a hard time about it or anything nice of them I do appreciate that but as far as the other customer service people I don't have much to say about them
They let a man cut in line while we were all waiting! It makes no sense it's like it's okay if he want to cut you guys are supposed to stop him.it's not that difficult.
I was literally the first one in line at check out register and I was standing there for about 30 min waiting to be attended until I decided to just leave. Ended up not even buying anything. The employees saw me standing there waiting and didn't bother to go and attend me there was another guy there behind me and he ended up leaving too. We both ended up at O'Reilly's right after and we were both out the door at the same time didn't even wait one minute in line to be attended with and amount of employees and customers as here.
Robert is probably one of the more (most?) knowledgeable folks I've dealt with in any parts store over the past 50 years. He was also personable and efficient. I watched him deal alone and well with a line of nine people. His help to me with my problem was more than appreciated. I will definitely shop here again and will recommend to friends as well.
