This place is not so helpful. I called for a price on a battery and waited for 20 minutes for someone to answer my call and for them to tell me after looking on the computer that they can't give me the price ocer the phone and I have to drive in. Like I'm stranded and wanna make sure they even have the battery in stock. Do go here unless your already stranded around there. Id give it HALF a star of I could.

Had 0 understanding of what i needed. He helped in finding what i needed, when it was time to pay he told me about rewards i had available which i used and ended up only paying $2 and some change and finally he came out to my car and installed the part i had just purchased!

They weren’t regulating the line everyone was just standing around everyone
We kept waiting our turn and everyone kept passing us the least the workers can do is tell people we’re to stand or what line is for purchases and what the other line is for
And my dad asked for help to a girl that was working there and she was being rude
She didn’t help him till the third time he asked her for help she just kept answering questions from a distance while giving attitude
My dad is 52 years old she should be more compassionate and understanding
I went 10/18/20 at around 11 am
They are always trying to get knowledgeable staff it rare to get bad service but I always check there web site for the best specials and have my list ready before paying
Customer service is the first thing I look for. Noe and staff do not dissapoint ever. They are very knowledgeable and helpful! When needed this is my go to auto parts store.
