17Disappointing! The current staff are not knowledgeable, helpful or courteous. Geez waste of time.
Employees are very good, quite helpful and polite. The real drawback here is the parking lot which is entirely too small for the people that go to this area.
Exceptional Customer Service. The store manager was friendly, courteous and got inter trenches. Bertha removed and replaced my car battery. Made recommendations, answered my questions and insured that my charging system was working properly! 15 out of 10 rating!
I want to commend the employee who helped me today. I've been doing my own maintenance for more than thirty years, and I have NEVER had a more helpful car parts employee than Anthony at the Indiana Avenue AutoZone in Riverside. Exceptional.
I went in a couple of days ago because my AC was not properly working. Jeremy and Ricardo suggested that it might be that my vehicle was low on Freon. I didn’t know how to check, but they guided me thru the whole process.
These guys went beyond and above in customer service. Their instructions were better than a tutorial on YouTube! I will definitely be coming back!

My A. C.was not working despite a full coolant reservoir. I went to this AutoZone where Bertha went above the call of duty. She looked at my problem then suggested what was needed. After purchasing the required product freon she then took the time to guide me with the gauge and filled up the car. She noticed the cap was missing so immediately jumped into action to look up in the computer for the type of I needed. We tried one but it didn’t work so she called Toyota parts for me to obtain the part. I was able to go to Toyota and get the part. In sum, AutoZone on Indiana Ave in Riverside exceeded their Quality of Service. I can’t say enough tho ha about their customer service.

Big shout out to Arturo and America for great service. Came here on Thursday, May 5th after my battery died in plaza across. Arturo was able get it changed out, checked out and replaced while America was able to give me a discount on the new battery. Best experience I could hope for.
This is my go-to Autozone because of the customer service. The manager Pete and two other associates, Alexander and G went above and beyond. They helped me replace my battery that was still under warranty. The system said the part I needed wasn’t in stock so they offered to go down the street to a different location to pick it up for me. They were efficient and super accommodating and the wait wasn’t any more than 15 minutes. They helped me test and replace my battery right in the parking lot. I appreciate the guys’ help and definitely recommend this location.
I walked in the store right before closing time and needed help finding a certain item that I hadn't been able to locate. Instead of telling me they were about to close, which most store employees will do, Jeremiah W. Patiently led me straight to the item I needed, and helped me ring it up. Great guy concerned more with customer service than with shutting the doors to leave home. I appreciate the help! Really recommend this location. I've always had good experiences here with knowledgeable employees that help you either narrow down ur issue with ur car lol or recommend an item that might work better in your situation. I’m huge on customer service and this auto zone has extremely bad customer service. Looking for help, the employees ignore you. They aren’t the least bit friendly at all and have very bad attitudes. Ask if they can help you find something and either they don’t try to help or don’t know what you are talking about. GO TO OREiLLYS, at-least they are on top of it most of the time.

When you walk into this store, ask for Jeremiah. He is the best employee here and should be promoted to manager if he is not already. He helped me troubleshoot my car based on the codes that the store provided code reader spat out. He is a very honest man and would not have been able to fix my car without his help. If you ever need to fix your car and have no idea where to start like i did, they can help you here without a doubt.

I went here to get 2 air filters for my car, both a cabin and engine. They didn't have my filters in stock that day so they said to wait until 6: 30 p.m. I was ok with that. I called them at 6: 30 to see if they had my filters ready, they said they did. I go to the store just to find out that they couldn't find said parts. They suggested that someone had moved them. I then proceeded just to ask for a refund.
I'll come back to this store but not for parts that need to be ordered. Too much chaos going on with no reliable communication in between. It's such an easy thing to do, but i'll give them the benefit of the doubt considering that everytime i'm there only 3 employees work and it gets busy during weekdays.
Medium size auto parts store. Staff has always been helpful. Parking a little limited and tight.
