AutoZone Auto Parts, Fontana CA

Sam was my cashier and helper.
My battery died and thank God I was able to drive it to AutoZone in Fontana.
Sam was very knowledgeable, very kind and respectful.
He cleaned my battery cables,
Checked them out and we found out my battery was the problem.
Since Sam was very generous with his time and help, I ended up buying a few other items that I needed.
I hope Management appreciate Sam for being such a great help and very knowledgeable.
He calmly helped me and he had my best interest in mind.
There are guys that take advantage of female customers,
Not Sam!
I was very pleased with everything I purchased and my new battery.
I wish everyone was as helpful as Sam.

What’s the point of putting something on will call if you still have to wait in party’s line, that’s asinine! Will call means you all ready have the part in CHECK OUT! Then at charge out they have the wrong part! Ridicules!

My Local Autozone, i hardly ever need parts but this is my go to place whenever i need the basics like tail light bulbs, antifreeze, small tools etc. Is not too crowded amd there's enough staff whem i been there. Keep up the good work Autozone in Fontana. P/S add one more register.

Izzy was really helpful at the cashier today. Even gave me some pointers for a car I had issues with. I take away one star only because customer service on the phone takes a long time. Other than that Izzy was great!

Great place for auto parts, great customer service, short handed but they checked my battery and replaced it in no time.

Three employees in the store and only one cash register open does not work for me when there are eight people in line and I only want to purchase a can of filter spray.

Gil was very nice and extremely helpful. Installed a new battery and gave me information on what's needed for my vehicle.

There's some miss communication I asked yesterday if they can help with the free on they said yes. I called this morning the chick said they never done that before. I guess they hire anyone

I was I going AutoZone they have everything I need every time I need it and is always return the show in and out the door

Fast friendly service. No lines. Employees observed social distancing. Cant say the same for the customers. Prices were very good even compared to online.

service was very pleasant, the worker knew what to do & answered if they had any deal; yes.

I saw 5 employees behind the counter but only 2 were helping people. The line was very long and after waiting in ot I was told to which isle I might find what I was looking for but they didnt offer to help me find what I went in for. In the end I went to Carquest

Worst service ever, over promise on orders, they should entertain people next on the line, not those people who just walkin, i will never go back to this store ever again, folks if you have the time to wait, just go online get it from Amazon, half the price.
