Just about anything you'll possibly need can be found here, so long as its not an engine block (; seriously though great customer service, well known and respected franchise and overall they all meet a uniform enough range of products and respect to customers. They'll answer questions without your having to spend any money. All about their Specialty Tool loaners program, sometimes money's held as collateral, but pretty straight forward. Never go wrong here for common service items, though definitely shop around for more specialized items, you could save a handsome amount.

It seems that the employees working here would like to leave instead of doing their jobs properly. There's a difference between leaving politely when it's your turn to clock out because we all understand that, but it's completely different to be rude and standoffish to customers.

Horrible customer service. I asked if I they had a trash can bc apparently they don't have one outside there store no wonder there's always trash outside in the parking lot. So I went inside to ask if they had a trash can so I can throw away there plastic bag they have giving me when I made the purchase and one of the employees told me take your trash home. Wow

As a woman. It felt really nice, to be helped by friendly staff. The guy went an extra mile to help me get everything i needed. And make sure i got the best prices for quality.

Took my 87 year old mom to get windshield wipers. I believe the guy who helped us was named Johnny (he was tall with really nice long hair in a pony tail). He was nice and very patient. He even placed the wiper blades for us. He was awesome!

The manager at the Sierra location is so accommodating and friendly. He's my number one reason to go to that store.

There's only 2 professional associates here and that's the young gentlemen wearing. A gray outfit everyone else is rude especially the female that has her hair green blue and purple
