AutoZone Auto Parts, Seaside CA

I wanted to shop there, I'd rather not shop online.but if they're going to make the prices so ridiculously High I would be an idiot not to just get it online.bummer.

Amazing customer service. I was greeted once I walked in by a young man, in which helped me during my trip to autozone. Jr was really helpful and patient while installing my car battery. He explained each step along the way during the battery installment. Not to mention how professional and informative he was. When he finished installing the battery, we headed back inside to do a “core return”. Jr had asked for a manager’s password but it seemed as if they all ignored him. MANAGERS NEED TO BE MORE ATTENTIVE WITH THEIR EMPLOYEES! Jr kept apologizing for the inconvenience but it was completely fine behalf my part. Overall great experience, but was a bit bummed out by ignorant store management with it’s employee’s.

I wish they would let me type in my phone number rather than ask me for it. Last time I told the teller my phone number, some customer heard my number and started calling me and saying I left my testicles at the store, and sent me dirty pictures. AutoZone needs to update their software to allow customers to type their phone number in at checkout!

They were super friendly and very helpful. Couldn’t find the part I needed but was not there fault. They tried everything! Went above and beyond.

Ricardo mota great customer service he is the best greeted me with a smile he definitely enjoys his job most of people working don’t like to be bothered but this store here is number one but Ricardo stands out

I love that they have a diagnostic tool, and if you're lucky, Jose will be there, he knows a lot of useful information.

Needed to replace valve cover gasket on a long road trip—Autozone was so helpful as always. Salinas didn’t have what I needed but checked other locations nearby for me; she even called Seaside for me to confirm it was physically in stock and reserved it. Took 2 minutes to pick up as expected! In 2022 for a 2005 Subaru)

I will definitely like to award a zero star to the store at Monterey. I ordered a part for my car at the store and got a commitment to receive it the next day at 11 AM. Once visited the store at 12, they said that it's yet not delivered. I paid three visits till I saw the delivery vehicle at the store and once I inquired, they came up with the breaking news (after a long delay) that the part is forgotten and could not made available at that time. For all those three visits, I borrowed the car if my friend and continue to get in que just to listen to their lies. I talked to their in charge and he came out to be the most pathetic person with all his silly logics. I would say that this store is specifically not only with integrity issues but is also not recommended to anyone. I would request someone at some higher level to take notice of the issues (not only mine) with the store.

Dropped a car battery off to be charged for a friend who is broke down. The clerk, a young guy, was very friendly and directly acknowledged my presence walking in to the store. Very clean and organized. Also, claimed the battery would be ready in a few hours. Good deal, works for me.

Bought some parts for my 08 mustang. Excellent service. I showed my list of products and really helped me.thank you auto zone.

The lady that helped me was super nice and friendly. I was like where are the zip ties and boom the transaction was completed it was amazing.
