At this autozone all the employees are extremely helpful and know their stuff. Even when they dont have the part they are extremely helpful in directing me to the autozone that has what i need.

Jaime was amazing. He knew what he was doing and handled my battery problem quickly and he was super friendly. Definitely returning to this location!

Jaime was amazing. He was prompt and took care of the battery issue. He also helped me find exactly what I was looking for. If we need any car stuff and are in the area we will come back here hands down!

Manager is extremely rude and had no customer service. What happened to customer satisfaction. I had my receipt and the product I bought on 11/17/22 for 19.99 and he refused to exchange it for the same thing. But this store will exchange and return break pads then resell them used. Now when I buy something I have to open it at the cashier and make sure it's new because of horrible customer service like I received here at this autzone.

Great experience here. Was on a road trip vacation from ft. Lauderdale to Anaheim and in need of a new battery for a 2017 Highlander that had just died. Jaime was eager to help and even changed out the battery for me. Can’t tell you how great it was to find friendly, efficient service for an out of towner…especially on a Sunday when none of the other mechanics were open. Thanks again!

These guys saved my bacon when my battery died the day I was supposed to travel home. Quality customer service and readily available parts even for an older vehicle.

This store is super busy, but staff is on point and good people, always helpful and friendly just might have to wait it out in line sometimes. Oh well

I went to auto zone cause my car battery died and the nicest gentleman Oswaldo helped me out. At first I was u fee qualified and did not know what battery to buy however he quickly looked up my car and knew which one to get. Overall my experience at the Autozone was a 10 all thanks yo Oswaldo

All Auto Zone staff members are very helpful and kind. My frustration is that 3 out of 5 even though they advertise that you can borrow their testers for batteries or engine, their equipment "is broken right now" how would I figure out what I need to purchase, then?

I came to this autozone a few days ago and I needed help with my check engine light, I got told that this place got excellent customer service which motivated me to head to this autozone, A young man named oswaldo offered me a variety of tools to help me get the work done on my truck which honestly was the best service ive gotten from ANY autozone in anaheim. My light bulb has been succesfully replaced and also bought extra gadgets the young man offered me which made a really sick look on my truck.

I came in the store and I was waiting there for five to eight minutes today was on the phone and did not take my order was ready to buy something got tired of waiting walked out went to another store

THE YOUNG LADY NICOLE ASKED ME SOME QUESTION ABOUT MY VEHICLE.
I WAS AMAZED ABOUT THE AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE SHE GAVE ME.
SERVICE WITH A SMILE ALL THE WAY.
I REALLY APPRECIATE IT NICOLE.

I’m leaving one star off due to the manager not wanting the guy to help me, but four stars solely for the guy that helped me take my battery out because I have no tools and needed my battery charged ASAP. Even though he knew he would get in trouble with his manager.
