AutoZone Auto Parts, Pacheco CA

I always go to them for my automotive needs. Scored a steering wheel cover. Thought it was $9.99.it was in the wrong slot. It was actually $14.99. The manager honored the price. Good company, great service.

Been going to this particular AutoZone for the better part of 8 years. They have always been my preferred Auto parts and tools store.

This store keeps good inventory and what they don’t have in stock is easily shipped in from one of the warehouses or the 6 or so alternative locations that are at most 35 miles away from this location.

This store has always had good staff and for the most part there is at least 1 worker who knows a fair amount of mechanical knowledge.

They have and keep record of all my vehicles and warranty.
I like this auto parts store.

I went in for a few things, I was helped by your employee hector and was very satisfied with how helpful he was in finding the right parts. He had great customer service and went above and beyond to assist me. Very deserving of a mangers positions in my opinion.

Malcom, Thomas, and Danielle exuded stellar customer service and went above and beyond to assist with resolving my issue on today! They were extremely busy, however it didn’t effect their eagerness and willingness to help! I couldn’t have been more grateful to have inherited a great team of workers on today! They were very patient, thorough, and welcoming! Malcom greeted and acknowledged everyone from the time they walked through the door up until the time they left. I will definitely return this location for future purchases. In addition, the team was extremely professional and knowledgeable! Thank you guys for being dedicated, committed, and passionate employees! The team definitely made me feel satisfied and appreciated as a customer!

This is my second time i've been here, first time for my headlights and this time for my A/C problem.each time Mr Alex helped me and he gave me good recommendation and advice to how can i keep my car healthy. He is awesome and very helpful. I really trust him. Thank you Alex

At Least 3 customers left at 805am (still closed) and went to O'Reilly's instead (open 8am)

My passenger side windshield wiper flew off as I was driving down the highway. I went to this AutoZone, and was greeted and helped by Andrea as soon as I walked in. I ended up buying the wrong type of wiper. Andrea took the time to look at my wiper assembly in the rain and helped me get the correct wiper blade. Excellent customer service! I’ll definitely be back.
