AutoZone Auto Parts, San Clemente CA

This place is a joke and if your looking for getting into a potential problem with wrong parts or defective product and no help or customer service or support then go spend/ waste your time and money there. I will never recommend or step foot in that place again. They are a total rip-off and shouldn't be in business. Worst auto parts store I have ever walked in to. Enter at your own risk. I filed a complaint with their corporate office and was apologized too profusely for my whole encounter with that store and staff and have been assured that my refund will be processed immediately and arrangements will be made for me to return the items with no cost to me. Even though Auto Zone corporate fixed the problem I still won't shop or recommend that Auto Zone store to anyone.

Worst customer experience I have ever seen in any business. Bought a battery, asked if ANYBODY help me install it. The employee told me “Subarus are to straining to do, and he isn’t in the mood”. Then was super rude after I asked him to just show me. Don’t know how this dude even has a job. He told me to go find a car shop near by. My battery is dead. I had to pay $200 just to get it toed and installed. Worst experience ever. This guy needs to be fired.

We came in for snow chains for our tires and Bruce was so, so helpful! He sized our tires and took the time to teach us how to put them on! Wow! He went above and beyond in customer service to assist us. Highly recommend Bruce! THANK YOU!

I asked the manager about a courtesy and he said “we’re not doing that right now”, I worked for AUTOZONE for 4 years and then left to serve my country and never once heard of AUTOZONE not honoring veterans. On top of that I had to remind the manager to put in my phone number for rewards, and never once saw him offer check out challenge. Terrible salesmanship and unmotivated leadership, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Horrible experience with this guy name zelle? He didn't even have his batch on, I bought a battery last week, it came out defective, he just didn't want to change it, he told me tha I have to go to the store where I bought it from? I went to 2 different stores just to ask what he tell me and they al told me the he was wrong,

Great service by great people. Especially that one guy. What was his name Saul? Sal? Salvador.thats it! Very professional, great guy, That young man.

Bruce is literally the man! Customer service is five star, he always greets us with awesome energy making it hard for us to leave right away. He is a book of knowledge. Every single time we have had car troubles or needed anything in regards to our vehicles, we call and Bruce and his team make sure we are taken care of. I love having a local shop that makes us feel like home every time we walk in, it wouldn't be possible without Bruce. Thank you Bruce for everything.

I just like the ad a lot. No really they have great accessories, even if yoy are a homeless soul you should get there once in a while, a small tool a flashlight, it will help you build character and you will find purpose in having something yoy and others will need. Autozone. Very nice. Been to the one in rancho to buy stuff, and might have just visited the one in oceanside to look and not steal. And one other city to socialize and not steal. Very above four or five stars.

Am passing through to San Diego then my check engine light turn on stopped to AutoZone to check it out Jose came out scanned the car after a quick check we popped the hood jose noticed that the coil connector was loose he clipped it back on issues was gone tried to give him money he will not take it thank you so much that’s why I always stop at AutoZones

Staff was very helpful and put the effort into providing good service. Parking is rather limited.

The Auto Zone in San Clemente has the best customer service & care than any in the areas of the area I live in South Orange County. Bruce & Melanie have gone above & beyond for myself & customers with their customer service & educating me on the parts I've need to buy for multiple vehicles I have. They are incredibly helpful, as is there entire staff is too. They make it easy to come to a parts store without feeling like I'm lost in there. I highly recommend this Auto Zone. It's definitely worth the drive!

Came into the store after my Tahoe left me stranded Battey was dead Aaa Said it was hard to change it so I came to Autozone Jose helped me out he changed it he was very fast and super friendly will be back amazing service

Came in into the store looking for a belt for my machine for work went to the competition first they just told me they don’t have it pretty much kick me out came to your store Jose helped me out they did not have it measured it and found it it for me amazing service he did more work but he was willing to do it not like the other guys I got the belt everything is good thanks to jose you guys got a customer for life
