This girl Naomi, it's so friendly and nice and seems to go out of her way to make customers happy especially when they're not themselves. It's refreshing to come here and deal with someone like her not just because of her friendly attitude but also because of her knowledge of products.

Naomi is the best. She happily crawled underneath the car on a rainy day to search and make sure I was getting the right part for my vehicle. She went above and beyond. Professional, polite, and awesome. Very helpful!

The dreaded "check engine" light came on and I stopped in at the Orangevale Auto Zone to use their code reader. Jenna Lee was there to greet me and gave clear instructions on how to use the reader. Once she was able to look up the code she took me right to the products that would help me. She highly recommended two brands, but they only had one in stock, so I purchased that one. Being a novice on this topic, I asked he how to use it (even though the directions are clearly printed on the box) and she gave precise instructions, and I left feeling 100x more confidant then when I came in because of her confidence. I used the product as she said to and one week later my light went off! Car problems give me a special kind of anxiety and Jenna Lee's customer service put me at ease and for ONCE I felt comfortable in an auto supply store. Next time I need auto parts or supplies, I will be headed to this particular store just because of Jenna. Never underestimate the power of a brief interaction.

Bought a belt when installing I came to the conclusion it was the wrong belt when I asked them they closed early an wouldn’t help me

I ordered a car battery delivered to my apartment and the 3rd party delivery person couldn't find my place. Unfortunately, my phone was on silent and away from me so I missed the call for help by about 10 minutes. AutoZone called me to explain what happened and the store manager, Justin, came himself to deliver it. Thanks so much for awesome customer service!

Justin helped me out today by replacing my rear windshield wiper and my headlamp! I wouldn’t have even asked because I would have been embarrassed, but he offered his assistance and very quickly had my car fixed up and I was on my way! Such great care and customer service. Excellent customer service. My battery died while I was shopping nearby and I couldn't get ahold of anyone to come and jump start my car. Since Autozone was close I called to ask if they had the battery I would need. Justin answered and actually offered to help me jump start my car. Within a matter of minutes we got my car started and were at Autozone where he tested my battery. I then purchased a new one and he installed it for me in the parking lot. I am extremely grateful for his help. I will keep coming back here and encourage others to do the same!

I've been shopping here before and always had great customer service. Shopped om 6/11/22 and Gerald and Justin helped my daughter out tremendously saved us a lot of Money at a mechanic. These guys are awesome!

This location rocks. I came into this store last Friday night, four mins before closing covered in oil and dirt, truck starter in hand, these guys I'm sure wanted to just go home and enjoy their Friday night, looked tired, but totally set me up, got the right part, took about ten minutes, all good, thanks Friday night shift, hats off to you!
