13 I gave them 1 star because we needed it the help of the representative and the instructions were not to clear so. We stayed the same.
We went to Yosemite its 109° my car AC is hot and we are going to LA and we have the AC HOT because I'm not an expert in cars problems
Autozone has what you need if not they can order it but the prices are high everything is high right now so if you need it go get it autozone
Find what you need and if they don't have it they'll call other local branches in the area to see if they might have what you need if not they can put an order out for your parts.
I took two batteries to be charged and when I went back for them they could not find them. I don't think they even charged my batteries. The incompetence of the employees at this location equals to a 3rd grader. I will no longer be doing business with this location. The employee that was helping me even had the nerve to ask me if I was sure that I dropped off my batteries there even though I handed him the slip they gave me. My suggestion is don't do business with them
Bought a new battery car still wouldn't even turn on. Brought it back and had it tested twice. Finally exchanged it AFTER the second time they checked it. Car started just fine. Mechanic and tow driver made money.
I would give him more stars but the surface is kind of slow they tend to walk away when you come up to the counter other than that it's pretty clean in there
I visit this AutoZone on White Lane tonight for the first time they had excellent customer service and he was very helpful thank you.
If I could give this place negative 10 stars I would, manager Felipe thinks he owns the store and argues with customers. Horrible customer service, if I were the owner I would look into this as it makes people run and never come back.

5 workers available at the registers while I was the only one waiting in line. Very poor customer service and didn't know too much about my inquiry about a battery I needed.
My husband and I were hit and got our mirror knocked off we came to auto zone waited in a line due to covid. My husband walked in after someone walked out but because a certain number of ppl were still in a worker told him to go back out and get in the back of the line he already waited in and seconds later another customer entered. Auto zone will never get our money ever again!
