AutoZone Auto Parts, San Diego CA

Stopped at Autozone last Sunday with what turned out to be a dying fuel pump. Andre was truly amazing, helping me with diagnosing the problem and even offering to help push the car into position for the tow truck. This was not my first visit here (and I will definitely be back). These folks consistently deliver exceptional service in a down home atmosphere.

Last week while in OB I learned both my brake lights were out,
I needed a timely replacement and Gervais at Auto Zone took care of things conscientiously and thoroughly. Much appreciated!

Andreas is a life saver and a amazing person! My Toyota Sienna battery was dead and I didn’t have a tool to take it out or enough money to put down on the deposit to use the store battery charger. So he went out of his way and drove the battery charger to my Toyota Sienna and helped me start my van! Can’t thank him enough! God bless him!

Trevor went above and beyond to help us out. Was here on a vacation when my alternator died on me, needed to replace the whole thing. Trevor helped us with the right tools and we were able to swap out the entire alternator right then and there. They also charged up my battery and we were able to go on our way. Best experience i have had with any auto shop.

I needed a battery for my new van. The man I spoke to on the phone even offered to charge my battery in the parking lot.

I arrived at the store and Trevor helped me out, he was very knowledgeable about everything I asked him about and even installed my battery without asking. He even told me all about the process of recycling batteries, which I thought was super cool

autozone, you are very lucky to have Trevor working for you. Give this man a raise!

This autozone is great! 5 star service! I needed a new battery and had a rough time getting over after my car left me stranded. They helped me out quickly and got me on the road again. Thank you!

Highly recommend this location for your motor needs. The staff is extremely helpful and know what they are doing! Trevor and Dwayne were super helpful, Trevor took the time to help me install my headlights and Dwayne took the time to inspect my car after I explained some concerns I had about a possible oil leak. Definitely going back for any future car needs!
