AutoZone Auto Parts, San Diego CA

I've been meaning to mention how nice and helpful the team is at our local AutoZone. They always go out fo their way to help us with our car woes. We blew a hose recently, and they went and picked up the parts we needed for us. Another time, I had the dreaded Check Engine light, and the associate helped me determine the cause and put my mind at ease. They will even help with simple jobs, like changing wiper blades or adding fluids. I'm clueless when it comes to cars, so it's nice to know the guys at Auto Zone will be there for me when I need them!

I always get very nice, helpful, respectful guys, they can get slammed, but there quick about taking care of everyone, all the whole being very nice, Any managers I've met were all very nice, there very good about making time to come out and hook your car up to check things as best they can. I left a near new battery once, came back that evening it was gone, never did anything about it, I clearly watched them tag mine. So they may have had an unsavory employee, or needed a battery himself at one point. I would have liked to have been offered something, in my area I'd choose this Location

The staff were helpful in locating my warranty information and in informing me of options available. They didn't have it in stock but called around.

When you call the store for parts you been told where is it but when you go that was not the place you ordered even when they told you the address thanks AutoZone for wasting ppls time and gas

They should call this place a NO-ZONE. They always have nothing in stock. Also, this place doesn't have a code reader to borrow.

Guy with beard is really rude to customers. He tries to be all customer service oriented but goes way too deep into his words and ends up being overbearing. He annoys himself and starts berating customers with aggressive lingo, “there is nothing I can do for you bro! ” type non-sense. He really needs to step it down a few levels. Service from him is trash but props to all other crew members trying to make it work at this location.

Is nice place, people is always friendly, but this time I didn't find the part that I was looking for.
But usually anything that you need if they don't have it, they can get it at the next day.nice.

Bad service, if you can go a different store, do that.
I left a motorcycle battery charging, they told me to come back in 6 hours, when I came back they told me they couldn't charge it.
6 hours went by and they didnt call me to come pick it up, this happened on a sunday got my battery back, too late to have it ready to ride it to work on monday.

Excellent auto parts store. The customer service rep was very helpful, he helped me find car batteries to Toyota Prius and Ford Explorer. After finding them, he was kind enough to apply several discounts for core return and others, reducing the price by nearly $100 dollars. He was very professional and sociable. I highly recommend this AutoZone

Excellent service, i went this morning to get a tune up for my car and carlos was very helpfull getting me everything i needed and he adviced me what was better for my car, coming back for my next tune up.

I visited the store this morning and even dough this worker was bussy doing something for the store the employee Carlos A helped me to find the exact aditive I was looking for and even recommended me what was the best option for my engine. Coming back to see my tocayo again.
