Very helpful counter people. I was buying windshield wipers and he gave me price options along with the quality of each. As I was leaving, the manager Victor offered to help me. He along with Lorenzo graciously installed them for free! Made my day!

I came in this morning worried about getting a ticket for having my license plate displayed incorrectly, but luckily I had help a wonderful team member, I do apologize for not getting his name but he managed to help me put my license plate on my vehicle. Thank you so much again for the help

I had codes in my check engine, Victor helped me out with the scanner. He printed and explained the codes, so professional - the help I received was better than that of 4 other mechanics who tried to repair my car before. He’s the right person in right place; thank you for the professional customer service!

My daughter was having car trouble and wondered if it might be her battery. Victor came right out and diagnosed that it was indeed her battery and promptly found the correct battery for her Corolla and installed in no time at all. Went here to check codes after my hybrid indicator light came off.
Young girl with braces, was annoyed because I interrupted her cell phone conversation where she was giggling and clearly not working.
She gave me the print out and I asked her what was wrong with my car.
She said, “it’s on the paper, it says spark plugs, ” as she smacked her chewing gum and started walking away to continue her phone conversation.
I laughed and said, my hybrid light came off it doesn’t say anything about it? She said, “no it said your spark plug. ”
I asked which cylinder just to see if she even knew what I was talking about and she quickly snapped back said “it only says you need to change your spark plugs, not what type. ”
I responded, “I didn’t ask what type of spark plugs, I asked what cylinder. ”
She said it doesn’t say, to which I pointed at it and said “yea it does, right here. It says cylinder two. You should either care about your customers enough to read or learn a little more about what you do at work. ”

The other two men there working just started on and didn’t assist then started helping other Hispanic customers that were walking in.

O’Reilly here I come. This AutoZone hires AutoClones. Hire real people who care about what they do and for anyone who’s on their phone fraternizing during business hours.

I dropped off a battery to get charged and when I returned for it the next day they asked me to come “look for” my battery in the back. I did not see it with any of the batteries so I was told to come back to speak to the manager. All I have now is a claim ticket to a missing battery.

Worst experience, no one know what I needed how even wanted to help out. And all I needed was a battery for my garage door clicker. Also any fellow vets stay away from this location. You will be treated rudely.

I LOVE AutoZone! A mobile mechanic came to my home and worked on my car a few days ago. After completion of the job, I drove my car and noticed immediately that something was wrong as my car would stutter between gears and would lose power especially going uphill. The next appointment they could offer was 2 1/2 weeks away! I called AutoZone to see if I could get a diagnostic test to see what the problem was. They said "come on by". They discovered that it was an air flow problem. "Art" told me to pop the trunk and he showed me the problem, quick solution. The mechanic didn't reconnect the inner cooling hose which was why my car was stuttering. He asked me to start my car again and the check engine light went off. Thank you AutoZone! And Art! You took way undue stress from my Labor Day weekend - love you guys - Wanda, Escondido, CA

Becky was the best ever! She checked and charged our battery, and was excellent in assisting us with what we needed to get our A/C cold again! Good people like her make AutoZone the great brand that they are!

I went in today for new wipers for a Subaru. The employee, Johnny, Was exceptionally helpful and friendly. He even installed them for me. All the staff assisted me in getting an adhesive for a gasket on my door. I will be back.

I had the best experience at this store. I am clueless when it comes to anything to do with cars. A young man named Mike helped me figure out what I needed. He was patient and kind this kind of service doesn’t happen that often. I am glad that I found this Autozone and especially Mike, thank you for all your help!

Needed to recharge my AC on my car. Staff was willing to not only show me how to do it, but also assisted when I had some trouble doing it. Good selection of products and good pricing. Definitely recommended!

I went in to the store with a idea of what was wrong with my car and was trying to work through it. Victor and 3 other employees (I think the store manager, a young guy with longish hair and another guy who was wearing a neck garder) these employees went above and beyond. I have always gone to autozone when I was having issues and this store is one of the best. They didn't make me feel talked down to or like I was stupid which was my main concern being a woman. I will be comming back again even though it's alittlw bit of a drive, their service is worth it.
