AutoZone Auto Parts, Chula Vista CA

We asked them what wipers we needed and we gave them the information of our car. They gave us the wipers and they also showed us a key that’s supposed to be universal, them knowing my car model and year, they sold us this. Turns out none of them were compatible and then we didn’t have the receipt for the wipers and they said they wouldn’t take it back or give us store credit.

Frida and Jimmy provided me with excellent customer service. Jimmy discovered my reservoir hose was ripped open. Frida provided me with the tools to remove and repair it, Picked out all the supplies needed checked me out. Very nice, knowledgeable about parts needed.

I went there just before closing because I realized some of the lights on my car were gone. The young lady who attended me was very nice. She went out of her way to assist me and I was very pleased. Since they did not have the part I was looking for she made some calls to others store in town and found my parts. Awesome service! Will be back!:)

Had a guy named Salvador help me install windshield wipers, he was quick and to the point, knowledgeable and also very friendly.

With Guillermo, L. Street At chula vista, ca 3rd ave made me go back and forth 3 times the same evening due to his mistakes giving me the wrong part for my vehicle.had all the info. Required, andeven l

Wow Jose Martinez Gallegos is AMAZING!
He went above and beyond for me. I just came from Kelly auto parts and they did not even want to help in any way at all.so I went to Auto Zone and from the beginning Hi welcome to Auto zone. Jose saw that I was struggling and quickly came to my rescue. Not only was he fast and efficient with my car issue but he helped me find a better and fast car charger. Jose is definitely an asset to Auto zone! Thx Jose your the best

Memo & Eddie were so nice & helpful! They changed the battery on my key fob & showed me how to do it myself. They made 2 girls who are clueless about cars very welcome at their store! Thanks guys!

I am beyond grateful for this place! Eddie really helped me out—He’s the man! My headlight was out and he quickly figured out what bulb I needed and even helped me quickly install it!
