I went in toward the end of the day needing a new battery and asked for installation. No one really wanted to I'm sure but an employee named Noodlez went above and beyond with his assistance and installed my new battery even though his shift was ending.

People there were very helpful and knowledgeable. Got what I needed for my truck.
Side note: installed the plugs and ignition parts. Truck runs great. Again thanks.

I showed my partner how easy it was to get replacement windshield wiper blades from AutoZone. As always they put them on for free.

I went in to get a new battery on my way home from work today, and Phillip and AJ made it the most pleasant experience I could have imagined! Phillip was eager to help me test my battery, find the right replacement, and AJ installed it for free! Phillip is an extremely helpful man and they had me in and out in less than 20 minutes. They are amazing and have a very positive culture in their shop. I would 100% recommend them for all your auto needs!:)

Went into Fortuna location to purchase a power inverter & ended up getting a "200 watt cigarette lighter inverter" for $32. Found out it wasn't enough power so I immediately went back into the store and they returned it and gave me store credit for a "1,000 watt direct battery inverter" for $130. The lady was very understanding and polite about the return. Couldn't have had better customer service.

Lindsey and crew were very helpful. My van taillight was out so went and bought a bulb. That wasn't the problem. So the gals checked the fuses, all good there. They checked the taillight and it seems I have an electrical problem.
They figured out my problem and were very kind and courteous. Small Town charm and service

AutoZone is new in town basically. I first purchased a rechargeable flashlight that didn't work. Then I bought a Battery that has 1789 Miles of use that's doesn't work and basically never did. Keep your money local if you want to get ripped off. Being distant and kind of rude as a Manager is probably why the place is usually empty. I've learned my lesson the hard way. Overpriced! We're are all in this together and corporate auto parts store should not be over charging customer's. I provided a receipt to illustrate how much they over charge. Apparently the receipt photo is a violation of whatever I paid 89 dollars for the battery with a 2 Year warranty 12 dollar core charge total 102$. After I made this review my lug nuts were losend and my kid and I almost died on hwy 36. There are no Coincidences. Shady people.

Couldn’t get my vehicle started from a bad battery so I headed down to autozone in fortuna after a jumpstart. Stephen came out to test my battery first so that I wasn’t spending more money than I needed to. I enjoyed the concern for that matter as they weren’t trying to get whatever money they could out of me. My battery had reached the end of its life as I had suspected. He then helped me select a battery. He gave me the cheapest price, mid range price and the highest. After I made my selection and paid, Stephen went out and installed it for me. A job well done and I was happy to hear my truck start up again with ease.

Did not really like it, my first time there, I usually shop at O-Riley's auto parts friendly service. A zone staff stayed behind the counter no real helpful zone O Rileys has my business

The fortuna manager and staff are some the best people to go to as far as going above and beyond to help ive recently had problems finding clutch parts and they went way out of there way to help and always have before now as Well
