Oh my goodness…There aren’t enough nice thing to say about Brian. Brian is an asset to auto zone. His customer service was outstanding. He not only helped me pick out the correct hitch for my truck. He helped me fit it and tighten. Good job Brian and auto zone!
Had one check out open with 30 people in the line with each one with a 50 I was buying 10 items but it had beer unfriendly not much help!

So far so good, the gentleman there took my call, listened to my story of how I was sold the wrong part in a different area, ordered the correct one to have delivered closer to me in exchange for the incorrect one for the swap. Seems there is a new favorite store to go to.thanks to mystery salesperson u should get a raise, you saved my week!
Usually very helpful and knowledgeable. Free OBD2 tests done at the store. They explain the code, aswell as give you a visual printout and discuss possible repair options. Always a reputable place to buy cheap parts and get some quality advice.
These guys are always happy to help. They've had anything I've ever needed, so far. Plus, they help me find it and get me back on my way in no time, every time I've shopped there.

Call local store to hold special tool, arrive and find out they didn't have tool. Wasted time and $. Poor customer service. Going to O'Reilley's.

The guy charged us twice for the same part and then called my wife a lier. We proved that he charged us twice and he didn't want to apologize. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
