Dylan was awesome, he went above and beyond to help me replace my brake lights and diagnose my car issues; and gave me advice for next steps. He was friendly and courteous the whole time, and took care to use the correct tools which made the whole process smooth and easy. Although they didn't have a part for my Hummer H3
I had a phone conversation with a young man by thename of Lucas.
He was extremely helpful and polite.
Great experience ordering online and picking up just a few minutes later. Very quick and efficient.
Nice store, as well laid out as any other auto parts store. Staff is moderately helpful (but in fairness, all stores are a little less hospitable with the current Covid situation.) Positive note on prices that are pretty equitable to online prices. Often times you find in store prices higher than stated online. Good store access as far as traffic. Small close parking lot good for in and out purchases. We also have an Orrielys (sp?) within a 1/4 mile of this store, and overall I would pick this store for a purchase.
New manager, I was told. Not ANY customer service skills with the new male associate. Not much knowledge. Told my part was not in stock. Reluctantly, checked when I told him I had verified stock. Yes, part was available. This service is what I have experienced the last 4 visits. Due to the loss of the previous, knowledgeable, couple of women that are no longer employed at this location, I will start going elsewhere.
