Today's visit was the worst experience I've had with them. I came to buy supplies to tune up my car and every time I asked to look up an item, the cashier would give me an attitude. It was like I was inconveniencing him. I asked him if my battery was on warranty and he replied yes bring it in. I went to go remove it from the car and brought it in only to be told that they didn't have it in stock. Their system showed that they had a few but I don't t think he tried hard enough to look for it. I asked another employee for help and he also seemed annoyed that I needed some help.its amazing the difference between the commercials on tv and reality.these guys are definitely not working there to help out customers.

Jorge R was awesome! He helped me twice tonight. My first stop was for jumper cables and second was to test my battery after getting my car started. The battery test showed it needed to be replaced and Jorge found the right battery to replace it and installed it for me. Amazing customer service. All of it with a smile and helpful attitude.

Horrible.i had to coerce the guy to give me some respectable customer service.it was like.i was forcing the guy to do his job

When in doubt and don't have it with you to ask someone they will lead you in the right way if your doing it on your own or by someone else great service and customer satisfaction at excellent when is knowing the price ahead of time than hmm THAT'S why AutoZone is the place to go if you don't know anyone #froyozombie

If you need the part they will or wont have it but it makes a good trip to check and be sure. The staff were very helpful with my Econoline van same with the one in north hollywood. Excellent service and very helpful when you need something done right on specific parts for you car these guys know their stuff. Just ask and be patient if they are busy trust me they will help you. Fast friendly service done right with good guarantee. Just keep the recipe or remember the part an model number you need.

The store manager at this store Garson is AMAZING. He goes above and beyond for his customers. I came to borrow jumper cables for my wife’s car and he switched out my battery (after I purchased one not too long before from a different location) just to give me peace of mind because my car coincidentally stopped in the middle of the intersection on the way to borrowing the jumper cables. He came out and checked my car for me without me asking, I was very appreciative. He suggested a very good mechanic for our cars. He even honored a price match that I found online from another place. This level of customer service from a manager is rare, he really takes pride in the company and making sure his customers leave satisfied.

Beware some of the workers are bad people yesterday i carried my batt 3 miles there got it back and they never put it on the charger. Caused me alot of hardship. Wish i knew who it was.
