Was dreading to get new windshield wipers and Jake helped me so quickly and replaced them without a hitch! I’ve purchased previous wipers before that sucked, so grateful he waited to ensure they worked well for me! They work great! Thanks Jake!

I asked if they charged the battery that I dropped off and he said 'if they charged it'. If you don't get it, they're setting your battery in back, not charging it, and calling you 2 hours later to tell you it's 'bad'. AutoZone trying to move batteries at any cost

"art" as hideous on the inside as he is on the outside.very very rude, very very angry to polite customer asking where to find a 200 dollar product in the store. Then goes on a rant about how minimum wage went up but his didn't after throwing a fit to reluctantly finally help me.

Jake changed out my battery in a few minutes… was able to offer 3 yr, not just 2 yr.guarantee, and then also some corrosion - prevention washers for only a few bucks …all with free installation … for a very sweet total (Over $100 less compared to Pep Boys) for my “perfect fit” battery.

Went in asking about a free check of my battery and although he couldn't switch it out because of the car I had, he still diagnosed it correctly and was able to go the dealership and they agreed that my battery was bad. Very good customer service.

Auto zone is great, it's franchised, but the stores are still interchangeable. You can't order at one store and pick up at another, but they can check if another store has a particular part. Most employees are knowledgeable and friendly. They also deliver so it's great when you buy something like a radiator and have it delivered instead of trying to squeeze it in the backseat. I recommend Auto Zone for all your Auto needs.

Out of stock on one part I wanted, they only had item to choose from for my second & it didn't have a price on it so someone had to go find the price. & about 4 items to choose from for my finial item. The girl that assisted me was helpful as she could be.
