Terrible service from the little bald guy and the guy with the purple lips on his neck. Rude, not helpful, attitude for no reason.

This is the best AutoZone, hands down, that I have ever been to. Why you ask? Because the BEST manager works there! Let me introduce you to Jacson Lopez. I came in to buy a battery and some breaks. He hooked me up by telling me if I replace my battery right outside, that I could save $20. So I agree to it and I start to replace my battery. Lo and behold my battery leads were corroded like you've never seen before and I ended up breaking my positive lead, oops! Jacson came to the rescue, showed me what I needed and assisted in fixing my vehicle like a pro. The worl needs more people like Jacson. Thank you Jacson! You're amazing!

Jacson López was the best! He helped me save $600 that the body shop wanted to charge me for a $5 fix. He has excellent customer service.

Came in today to check my battery because my car had been starting funny. Jacson was the one who helped me out. I was his last customer, it started raining as he was putting my new battery in, and he still took the time to show me how to change it and what he was doing. Jacson was very helpful for me! I have little to no knowledge about cars and he was very quick to diagnose my issue and fix it. Not only did he fix the issue, but answered all my questions, and was very patient with me. The workers at this AutoZone are very friendly and attentive to customers needs. Jacson also mentioned to not hesitate to come back to get any other future issues with my car fixed.

Jacson was a champ! This is a fairly good size store but the one thing that was really nice they immediately greet you upon entry they’re extremely helpful and they make sure that if you’re carrying anything heavy that you have a place to set it they are very attentive here the selection of parts and options makes this a very convenient automotive store for a lot of us who either cannot afford to buy really expensive OEM parts but also those of us who enjoy customizing our vehicles and needing various accessories.

I was here to have my alternator tested the process only took seven minutes from start to finish it was very convenient everything was explained to me and I was even given the options and pricing for a replacement part.
