My experience at auto zone was perfectly fine, the female cashier that helped me was very helpful and pervided me with an excellent customer service and got me exactly what I needed for my car. Mostly now in days I'm coming across these young generations that really hate their jobs, and just transmit their negative vibes till they just ruin your day. So thanks to the few people that try and strive to reach % customer satisfaction.

Asked for the best product at the cheapest price and totally got it, plus fast and friendly service.

Extremely professional and speedy service. From the time I called in Deon Z.took care of my battery replacement with professionalism and courtesy. He told me things about my car I didn’t even know lol!

He replaced the battery with 15 minutes and sent me on my way!

Got some transmission fluid for our van. Staff was very helpful in helping us select the right oil for our transmission.

I went to get my windshield wipers replaced and the staff were incredibly helpful! I knew it was an easy ask to have them show me how to install windshield wipers on my car. They showed me step by step how to do it and were really great in the whole process. Really recommend this store on Carson St. The staff is great, and they want to make sure you're satisfied! Saved me a bunch of money if I were to do this at a dealership!

Danny L helped me find the right windshield wipers. I commented that I was going to attempt to put them on myself and he offered to do it or me and wouldn’t accept a tip. He was friendly and overall, a great experience!

I just got my battery replaced here today - it was purchased at this store a bit less than 3 years ago and was still subject to warranty. Gabby Martinez took our inquiry, checked our record, came out to the parking lot to check the battery, and determined that it should be replaced. She then effortlessly replaced it, made sure the battery was firmly in place, and explained the whole process as well as how the warranty works. Gabby handled it professionally and I am so thankful to have this store close to where I live. Thank you!

Carlos was the best. He was patient with all of my questions. He gave me insight on parts of my car, we laughed and joked about my ignorance on cars and batteries. He held very honest conversation all while putting in a new battery for me. As a woman, I felt supported and safe as Carlos' customer. Thank you Carlos, and Auto Zone for having Carlos work the schedule that allowed him to service my needs.

Worst costumer service I have ever seen! If I were you guys I would never come here in my life. I needed help with my tire and alternator, no one wanted to help me or give me a hand. I was pretty much suck in there parking lot for a hour until someone who was going inside gave me a hand, while they just watched us struggling.

Carlo Z was very helpful and understanding, he was extremely patient. He recognized me coming in a few times and gave me good advice. Would definitely come again, I had multiple good experiences with Carlos, thank you Carlos!

The staff are super excellent at the job especially my main man Carlos Z.who not only got me a good deal on my car battery, but also on the count he found my lost credit card! Highly recommended this autozone to anyone in the local area and highly recommend Carlos Z.a major pay raise.
