George is the man! Thank you George for helping me the last two times that I came to your store. You deserve and a pay raise.

Donato is super helpful and kind. He gave great customer service and was quick with it too. I haven't had a bad experience with Autozone yet.

Store manager Rafael and assistant Terri told me that they needed to “watch me dump the motor oil; to see if it had water, if I don’t like it I can go somewhere else or talk to corporate. ” Incompetence, and borderline discrimination for that in store experience. This has never happened before. If I stop spending money at Autozone, recurring payments will go to a different auto store. Forward this to management and let them know I am revolted in disgust by these two employees. Their lack of skill in dealing with customers will inadvertently trigger low sales. Literally

Good Staff and Management! I walked into a long line and was out with part in hand within 10 -15 minutes. If they don't have it they will sure try and get for you
. Love the fact that they have a military discount.

I needed a new battery and the service I
received from James was outstanding. He checked the battery, replaced the battery and I was on my way in no time. Keep on doing the outstanding job that you do, much appreciated the time.

Excellent service all staff here was very attentive and extremely help. Both managers and clerk definitely went the extra miles to help me whold multitasking with helping others

Went to replace my car battery. Left disappointed due to fact that they don't install car batteries even though their website states that if you buy car battery from them they will install on the spot. Manager request I pay for installation at local mechanic across the street. Enough said. I would suggest just call AAA. Save you time and prevent headache

They were helpful. Seems like they're in "CAHOOTS" with the Auto Mechanics across the streets from them and Evans Tire Shop.
When I asked for a certain item, one of the Customer Service guys just walked to the product and said, "There it is, " as he pointed to the product and walked away. He didn't even bother to help me reach the product.
It's so sad that some employees don't know or care to be helpful.

I think there should be a zero stars option. Please make that happen because some places don't deserve one star. AUTO ZONE, ZONED OUT

Love this store. The guys that work there are so helpful. I needed some oil and not only did they it look up what kind they also put it in for me!

Worst customer service ever! A bunch of immature rude non helpful employees. Corporate needs to step in and do something about they're employees attitudes and professionalism. Will "NEVER" Go to that particular location ever again.
