I went to this branch 3 times in the span of 2 years, the third being today. First two I thought was a fluke they gave me the wrong parts. Waisted time installing and removing. They even blamed me for not giving the right info. Got the parts one shot from O'Reilly Nordhoff three times. Go figure. Don't waste your time here at AutoZone got to O'Reilly.

Moses helped me out a ton! I came into the store not knowing how to change my headlights or what bulbs I needed to make that happen and he totally came in and did it like a pro. Moses is a great problem solver and a hard worker. Thanks to the work and advice from both him and Ilda I got my headlights changed.

Ilda was very rude overall, charged me $16 for next day shipping, part delivered day after. Her response was it’s not me, it’s Fed-Ex. Also she charged for 2 lubricants without asking. When I told her why she did it, she said because you need it. Don’t think you should be selling something without asking regardless if it’s needed or not. Not to mention the pads came with lubricants.

I was very upset. Someone had sideswiped my car and I only had it a month. It wasn’t really dented but it was horribly scratched all over my passenger side of my car I called and Angel and Daniel told me to come down they would help me I got there. Daniel came out and looked at my car Saw the problem told me what to use and my car is restored all the paint off, etc. This was tragic for me not trying to be dramatic. It was above and beyond good service I had to be calm down to. I did what they said, and my car is all good. I want the world to know about the above and beyond service that I had there. I have found my forever auto parts store and if you want to be treated like a client instead of a customer, go there Cindy Blalock

Called here to check on some parts, and the girl who answered (in the night shift) was very kind and helpful.

I came in the store needing a new battery for my car and a person who works there Nathan H helped me out by installing it. Since he did such a good job i decided to buy some wiper blades and he installed them too. So basically 10/10 customer service. Would suggest people go to see either Arieh B or Nathan H. They both helped me helped me so much.

Tony is a complete life saver, he installed my windshield wipers for me in the rain. Tony Thank you for going above and beyond to make sure I made it to my destination safely. Your help is very much appreciated.
