AutoZone Auto Parts reviews
15My experience was wonderful thanks to Sam at this AutoZone location. She was completely thorough with checking my car to make sure which battery I needed and went above and beyond to make sure I got the proper care. Seriously - give this girl a huge raise or promotion! I want to come back just for her.
On some parts can be a little ridiculous on price. Then i just amazon it. But for the most part they got what you need.
Visited this location after 8 pm on Friday night, Sept. 16,2022. Worried about intermittent oil warning light in my car for last couple of weeks. Explained experience to Associate who recommended I purchase 5 quarts container vs a single quart. Extremely knowledgeable and helped me feel more at ease about oil level before I left store. Thank you!
Juan helped me out here, very courteous and professional. Great service & made my battery replacement pain-free. Thanks!
They sent my part back after they told me it was snd I told them I would pick it up the next day
Looooong lines and slooooow service. 3 employees, 1 stuck on the phone with a customer the other 2 i don't know what they were doing and 5 customers wondering when someone will help us. I ended up leaving and going to another one.
This place is horrible worst customer service especially from the guy who calls himself the manager I have your set older Mexican guy extremely rude I will not recommend coming here we’re better off going to the place next-door. Carquest has better pricing and way better customer service
I called to see if they had the skull valve caps I was looking for in stock. The lady said yes but when I got there they did not have them! What a waste of time and gas …This store has done me wrong many times
I had what I asked for, but the customer service was very poor. The Auto Zone Rep didn't greed and I felt like I was a number more.
Bad experience. They didn't have the tools to change a battery. They also would not change the battery because the computer said it would take to long to install. Never looked at my battery in car to see that the computer was wrong. It was a horrible experience.
I truly appreciate Auto Zone employees. They were so courteous when I had to exchange the same part 3 times (through no fault of theirs). Auto Zone is my Auto store.
The employee with the eyebrow piercing flat out refused to help me find electrical grease and then when I found a employee that would help me he then refused to help her with an authorization for my return. From what I can tell this guy is some kind of supervisor who only seems to be in interested on working with buddy's car projects chatting them up on the phone. He seems knowledgeable but his customer service recovery, work attitude, hygiene and just basic human respect completely undermines his work and authority. Disciplining doesn't work on supervisors and he knows this so he'll just get worse until he is fired. O'Reilly's is just around the corner.
In this autozone while typing this. One employee helping a customer and the other answering phone calls and in between doesn’t look to be doing anything. I approach him and ask if he can assist me. I haven’t even been greeted. The worker replied to my question with a firm no! He stated he was helping a customer. Funny how I did not see him with anyone. He then proceeded to just be there but this time looking at paper then made a 15sec phone call. After he was done with the call he just sat there and looked at his computer. I just waited for the other guy to finish. While I first walked in the person actually doing something had me and a person before me but he left because it was taking way too long. I look behind me and now there is 5 people waiting.
It was my first time getting my battery recharged today, so I was new to the whole process. Juan was a big help as he helped me take my battery out of my car, got it charged up and put it back! Great customer service:)
