Sent my daughter in today (1/7/2023) to purchase a replacement battery for her vehicle because we read online that if you purchase a battery here -they will assist with installation. When she asked if they could help her, they told her they would not touch her car because it’s a Mercedes. She then asked to see the available batteries. Salesperson declined to show her any batteries and told her he would not show her because she would not know what to do with the battery!
Very disappointed with this lack of service!
