AutoZone Auto Parts, Oxnard CA

Way over priced. $152.00 for a pre-wired set of trailer lights is absolute rip off, and then they didn't even have batteries included! Was not exactly impressed with the service either. There were more employees there than I've ever seen in an autozone, and yet not one asked if I needed help finding anything. When I asked if they would have any other options in the back, they made no effort in going to the back and checking to be sure that there were no other options. Which is fine if I didn't know for a fact that every other auto zone I've been in always has 2 options of magnetic lights. This is why I went to autozone in the first place. It was already a expensive trip and it would have been nice if there was a little more help than nothing at all.

Very bad experience, the staff are not helpful, they attend very reluctantly and they could not even switch on the car of a person who asked them for a favor, answering him very badly.be looking for the good

Terrible, they hardly have staff and they are not very friendly, let's say, I preferred to go to another auto parts.

Terrible service, it is nothing like before, I left 2 batteries charging, I went 3 different days to pick them up and they did not deliver them and on the 4th the manager told me that they no longer had them and that they were not responsible because I was late for them, I told him that I went 3 times on different days and even so he sent me through a tube,

New management, employees, and great atmosphere coupled with free loan a tool, free diagnostic scans, make it a really customer service friendly place to shop for men or women!

This store is "alwasy" busy but you receive very knowledgeable and fast service from staff.
Even provided tools to perform a quick battery swap out!
