AutoZone Auto Parts, San Bernardino CA

I have a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I was having problems with my car turning off while driving. I was helped by Antonio B and he checked my battery, alternator, and started but everything was good. I was so frustrated but Antonio went out of his was to check the battery again and found out it was loose battery terminals and he was able to provide a solution and troubleshoot what was wrong while multitasking other customers in a busy environment. I just really want to thank him because he showed us how much he was interested in helping me with my problems and made me feel involved. So thank you thank you thank you to him and I hope people really appreciate how much these workers help us people who don’t know squat about cars!
