My favorite cashier here was Michael, not only did he have great customer service but he even spared the dollar something I was short & now I have both of my headlights!

Brakes went metal to metal when I was 6hrs from home.they had the parts I needed in stock and loaned me a wrench and a brake caliper depressing tool.knocked it out in their parking lot in an hour, back on the road! Thanks guys

Terrible customer service, the male clerk was extremely condescending and rude. I felt very uncomfortable as a female who is naive in the car world. Would not go back again.

Our car was behaving badly and saying it needed inverter coolant. I was scared, having come from Humboldt County with my 5 year old, not wanting to get stranded on the 4th of July. Fortunately, they were open, and Robert Latham helped us find out that they had what we needed, and even helped us with pouring it in. Thanks, guys!

Charged my battery with no problems but tried to sell me another one saying it had no cranking power but it still has cranking power so watch out

Stopped by to have my battery swapped out after it was starting to fail on us during a road trip and I believe it was one of the managers that helped us out.so stoked to have great customer service that was above and beyond my expectations. They kindly helped out with swapping the battery and putting the new one in as well as cleaning the cables. I really really appreciate the kindness and effort from him. Thanks for your help!

We drove in to get a head light and they ended up putting it in for us. Very nice people. I believe it was the manager or assistant manager and a very nice co worker. They didn't hesitate to help either. Thank you lake blvd. Auto zone for being awsome

Would not sell me what I asked for, told me my part was stripped out and crooked, I explained that the manufacturer drilled it at an angle on purpose. Sales person told me they wouldn't do that, I left store and went to junk yard and got it myself. Thanks Pick-N-Pull.

Assistant manager David helped with a loaner tool return as well as a purchase. David honored rebate on a product that had expired 6 months prior, he explained because it was printed on the packaging he would honor the rebate. I frequently shop at this location and the sales people are great! Thanks again David!

Got new wiper blades and had them installed. So appreciate this service as they are not easy to install!

Uneducated in parts and services sold me the wrong parts and argued with me when I said it wasn’t the right parts.

Has ever tool and friendly clean and there workers are up to date on wat you need done on your car

Always helpful staff. Have self checkout pretty awesome for smaller store. Good selection of body restoration supplies including variety of solvents and paints
